Going to endgame is very recommended, the quests pretty much just get better the higher level they are, the world is packed full of secrets and lore. And the endgame combat encounters are really really good
@@DeathrattleGaming The quests and the combat definitely keeps getting good the higher the lvl. and the amount of playstyle you can play as never gets boring! and unlike some other mmo, switching playstyle is not complicated and just requires you to switch out gear and change the ability tree (which costs barely anything).
the further you get the better the quests are, you are still in the stage where the game wants to teach you how to play, I definitely recommend going into Endgame
I recently started playing this game and it's great. I've already levelled 3 classes in a month. The game has so much depth, especially for being made inside minecraft, and the lore quite honestly is really fleshed out and well-written. Glad to see you're enjoying!
As a minecraft player who got into wynncraft, it was really interesting to see an mmo player’s perspective of wynn! This server is honestly incredible and the most recent updates have really felt the world feel alive, i’d love to see you venture on to endgame, where you can really see the work put into both the quests and ability systems, that to this day still blow my mind considering it is a mod-free server Btw- character customisation comes in the your minecraft skin, which you can edit to be as you wish, and there are cosmetics you can unlock through events to change the look of your weapon and helmet, as well as some other fun stuff
The paywall classes are functionally identical to the free ones, with only cosmetic differences. The next big story update (probably a few years from now) might actually touch base with the amnesia. Navigation in this game can be a bit annoying, but the minimap that another comment mentioned will help a lot. Some of the later quest boss fights are surprisingly hard (even for max level players), but at least finding parties to beat them is fairly easy.
@@DeathrattleGaming Mojang/Microsoft's policies wouldn't have allowed them to be more than cosmetic. As everyone else is saying, the late game content (and honestly some of the early game too) contains the best stories. I'm curious as to how you will feel about the upcoming dungeons and raids.
Lovely little review, a real treat for those pesky Wynncraft nerds- haha, I'm glad you enjoyed yourself! The server is run by a majority team of very dedicated volunteers. It's very much a fan-run server lol. I have fond memories of being a builder (a map/environment designer pretty much) back in 2015 as a young teen, and the sense of community and goofy shenanigans we had back then are still dear to me. The server and its growing team have only gotten better since, and (vicariously) seeing someone "relive" those feelings of wonder and goofiness is always a blast. Hope you're having fun mate!
A couple tips that i havent seen as much in the comments Wynncraft kind of presupposes that you know a bit about minecraft, as it doesnt explain some things that people would take for granted. Take a look at your UI Scale setting to reduce the clutter of the quest tracker and inventory, and mess around with the chat settings until you get something that lines up better (in the video, it seems like your chat isn't wide enough, so messages are getting cut off). Much agreed with the other people that the quest design gets better as you progress through the levels!
IF you're planning to stay in the game, Wyntils is a mod repository that's a real life saver. Especially for optimization if you ever suffer from an fps shortage. And they have bith a map and a mini map! With markers!
I really enjoyed the video! It's super fun to see someone else experience Wynn for the first time. I also like your commentary and video style. If you're going to make another video on Wynn, can you then maybe reduce the HUD size? This can be done in the Minecraft video settings. It will make all the text and the hotbar smaller, so that it covers less of the actual gameplay. I think it would make the video even better and it will probably improve your experience as well. If you like wynncraft maybe try: monumenta, hypixel skyblock, telos realms, megido abyss, spellforged (If it comes out in the next decade) and faceland.
Please try out the majestic overhaul modpack made by Olinus10, its specifically made for wynncraft and really adds to the entire experience (it has a minimap)
I can say that from experience, after 200 hrs of playtime... gosh i play way too much... problem with not beeing able to get enought of it. And Yes, End game is Great

Quick corrections, they are completely cosmetic. They change their names from Warriot to Knight etc and spells are different colors.

the other 5 classes are just cosmetical, also customizing your appearance is you minecraft skin so way mor customizable the most games

Because the game is approaching 12 years old, some quests and pieces of content are very old and will feel a bit rough around the edges

I would highly recommend playing to endgame, the content gets exponentially better as you progress through the game.
