Hi Ajay: Nice vlog of Amman & Jerash. Did not expect Jordan to be so modern. The Roman ruins are amazing. I saw such ruins, including a big amphitheater, in Izmir, Turkey. By the way, Turkey is also worth visiting.
I would recommend coconut oil, castor oil or ghee to use as a sunscreen especially on hair and face in such a hot sunny and dry place.

I am really surprised that you could not get Bread Sandwiches { Vegetarian} in the first Restaurant you went with your friend. Roads there are really broad. Pavements are neatly paved and kept lean. Amman is a lovely city. The Hostel where you got accommodation is good with a built in Kitchen to cook ones food also. Ajay special thanks for explaining each thing in detail. Hope you could locate Vegetable shop and buy vegetables. Habibi sweets looked yummy. Got to know from one of the comments given below that the sweet you ate is called as Kunafa.
