Hey sorry for late reply...was occupied with onboard troubleshooting job... Speaking frankly....it's very difficult to conclude for the reason....but would suggest if the O'HAUL is perfect with all new O-rings than the reason for leak would b due to worn out liquid chambers....as same are of brass and get thinned down over a period of time.
