Best starbase updates comes from you, thanks🎉
they'll be ready to fly again in 2 months or less. amazing
Thanks for the views
Awesome views of Starfactory
Rock on, Thanks for the Fantastic Footage!
Amazing views! Thanks
The vertical pan at 5:55 was technically perfect to the sub pixel.
Thanks for this! Nice views!!!
Great capture of the wick drain installation!
If only NASA worked that fast
NASA only have one setting when it comes to rockets, and that's slow. This is the problem with government entities that have to go through all of the politics first.
Excellent video!
thanks SSG :)
I like the part where I think they are going to freeze the marsh wet lands , looks like a lot of work
nice shots. what are they doing on the ex-car park?
Die weißen Bänder sind Entwässerungsdochte.... zum Boden Entwässern..
Hello everyone
What is that ribbon stuff getting poked into the ground?
ON 26:12 ANYONE KNOWS WHAT THIS IS?
Good question. I've never seen one of these before.
They are water drains to get out the water of the ground
It's part of the process of soil stabilization for the next orbital pad
See @pukshofer comment above. Drainage wicks for soil drainage.
From the Wicks web page:
*Vertical Drainage*
When construction takes place on soft soils such as clay and peat, water will dissipate from the soil due to the increased pressure. The low permeability of such soils means that it takes a long time for the water to dissipate.
This process is called consolidation, and can take decades. The soil will settle continuously during this time, to the detriment of any structures above ground.
A wick drain installation is usually associated with the placement of an earthen fill “surcharge” over the footprint of the wicked area. This initiates the drainage and hence the consolidation and strengthening of the soft soils below. They will monitor the settlement of the surcharge and remove the surcharge as per an analysis. This process is greatly dependent on the shortest drainage path, hence the closer the wick drains are the faster is the process.

The noise of the audio is so bad that my ears hurt.
