Amazing, love it when successful people share openly how they became successful. We need more people like Warren and Charlie.

@@lifestoriesinterviews Thank you for responding. In addition to the silent portion you note, I also observe throughout the entire rest of the footage, something with the sound which sounds like an instability or pitch variation. I find it hard to describe, but it is noise related to the voice and occurs in conjunction with the speaking, as opposed to background noise. It almost sounds like instead of the sound cutting out at peaking, it doesn't dampen the pitch but accentuates it or echoes it. I have not found this to occur on other interviews of this series, but I have seen it before in other videos of other makers. If it is my system, I apologize. I'm surprise you do not hear it though.

No, they're not weird. Susie was involved with one man in san francisco but warren was involved with Kay graham. The marriage was long and complicated but they loved eachother. Mind your own effin bidness dum dum.

I don’t understand why there is no mention of the fact that Buffett’s wife left him and had numerous affairs. This Susie person was a woman who left her husband for nothing but his money. She and Buffett would still attend functions together yet they lived in separate states. She’d moved to San Fransisco while he still lived in Omaha. Susie actually set up Buffett up with a live in girlfriend who Buffett eventually married.
    They are personal weirdos.

Yes but humans thrive on VARIETY. Why do fashions change? Why do music tastes change? Why do autos look 'improved' (actually, just *different*) every new model year?
Because humans get bored with sameness. Our entire economy is 100% dependent on this trait of humans.
Why do very popular TV shows fall in ratings then get cancelled?
      Why do people get divorced?
      VARIETY. We all need it.
      - new job
      - new house or apartment
      - new hobbies
      - new pet
      - new girlfriend
      VARIETY.

@@Greg_Chase Great way to destroy the sanctity of marriage.

@@13snoopy Marriage in the U.S. lasts 7 to 8 years so you're practically guaranteed that if you have kids they'll experience the 'broken home.' The traditional female gender role was abandoned, incrementally, starting in the 1960s.
Do we really need more people? Look at all those homeless. We do not need more new people.
People start getting on each others nerves when there's too many of us. Do we have proof of that?
Yes. Compare the big city to the small town. Small towns have very few of the problems of highly populated areas.
A 'sabbatical' for two generations of no new people could be a blessing for the U.S., maybe the world.
Mother Nature may well be behind the changes in society that have led to low birth and marriage rates.
If you want to get married, go for it, get it out of your system. But for most of us, seeing the downside, marriage, having kids, is DISCREDITED

@Greg_Chase I so agree--too many people are the root of our problems.
