You have seriously improved doing these vlogs! What information you might want to consider for every property: is it connected to the main sewage or if not how is this managed. Also connections to mains electricity and water. What is the internet connection, standard or fiber, and also the quality of 4G (number of bars on your phone). What is useful too is the orientation regarding sunrise to sunset.
