I would totally like if you did additional videos of the surrounding areas. The property looks great and I think you both do a wonderful presentation in all your videos. I wish I could get my wife to look further south Tomar is a great area. Who knows we are still a while out in moving.

I would love videos of surrounding areas. The criticism I’m going to make is not personal but is meant to get a more logical progression of property and house. I don’t need an inventory of every tree . It’s nice to have a rough summation of the garden when there are lots of fruit trees. By stopping off all the time I was left confused about the garden layout. Perhaps a list of how many terraces, storage sheds, water sources and a brief look at said items. Showing a map as you do of boundaries is good value. The same sort of structure for the house would also be good. If there is an obvious problem that you have a good idea about , tell us and move on. The video was way too long and I nearly gave up. It really tried my patience.
The videos of surrounding areas will come but they take time, I know Sarah gets excited about the fruit trees, sorry about that we will included more floor plans in the videos where applicable. We are still working on our format and do hope to improve.

Yes, would love to see some surrounding area content. Perhaps the drive to and from the house, through the nearest town and to the closest bigger town (sped up of course). I enjoy the banter between you, you make a great team.

Additional video reviewing the surrounding area would help in deciding whether or not the property is worth purchasing. The house itself looks very nice. The orchard is wonderful and worth the property. However, I can grow lots of stuff in the 5th Ward in Houston. The only problem is that it happens to be one of the most dangerous places in Texas for shootings. I'm not saying that this house is in that sort of area but it would be good to know. On the other-hand, because I do live in Houston, there is little I couldn't deal with. Nice video and thanks!
We do plan on making more videos about the surrounding areas, however I can assure you that getting shot at is very unlikely, in fact getting into a fight is just as unlikely. In 17 years I have seen a couple of heated arguments. It just is not like that here. The Potuguese are wonderful, friendly, hospitable people.
yes you are correct very nice property presented well in the video. although I not here the price which would have been nice, something I would consider if I could get the money need only a little work, only thing that put me of is the boundary as it is not fenced and that could course issues to some
