Generally speaking, I don’t know how they can reliably compare rackets UNLESS they are strung the same. Filament and tension plays such a huge role in the end feel. It can transform a beauty into a monster or vice versa.
I got the 2022 racket 2 weeks ago. I like the feel better than the old. At least I know I am hitting the balll; the older version is so comfortable that I can't feel the ball.
I tried the old ezone tour and it felt great at first but after a ser the weight got to me. It also swung really slow through the air. Using a vcore 95 and much more comfortable now
I am a senior tennis player, playing mostly social doubles. I want to transition from using player's rackets { like Prince phantom pro 100p and Babolat pure control 95} to oversize 105 rackets. I am interested on what you think about Ezone 105 . Please review the Ezone 105 Thanks
Hey Harry, the references to the Regna are interesting. I spoke to an Australian tester, who reviewed it, and said it was a better racket than the ezone 98, but more expensive. Buyers will decide for themselves if its worth the upgrade. But I haven't seen a review comparing the Regna to the TOUR. From the sounds of things, the TOUR is even closer to the Regna. Any chance you can do a comparison?
I have constant ongoing hand injury, I normally play with blade 98, but when the hand is too bad I have to switch to the new ezone 98. It dampened well yet has the feel and very powerful. All these help my hand. And I have sensitive hand. So I would say it’s very arm friendly, at least in my case. But I have never had tennis elbow
I have arm issues. The last two Ezones feel like Babolats to me, and just destroy my elbow and shoulder. Old tour was worse. Makes me not want to try the new one.
@@EveryTimeIDavid what do you usually hit with? I haven’t tried previous generations of Ezone, but this one feels stiffer than blade 98 v8 but still very plush and dampened.
@@villiam7941 right now I still have my old microgels. I’ve been trying rackets for the past year trying to find something that feels good. So far I have liked the blade v8 and the Dunlop CX series. Might wait on the new vcores before making a decision. Edit : *Microgel Prestiges
No. It’s great for two hand backhands but doesn’t go through the air like it should for a one hand. I can play both and it’s terrible when I do one hand

So which metaphor describes the good racket? The beauty or the monster? I wonder
He strings all demos identically with string and tensions
Love my Ezone Tour 2020. Maybe when the 2022 version goes on sale in 2 years I'll try it out
what a surprise. they like the new racquet. i wonder why.
😂
They liked the Regna the most of any racket and they don't sell it.
love the ad for swing vision at the end 😂

Not many can live the 12 ounce dream
What strings and tension did you test with this?

What happened what you were taught about elbow behind the hip by the ATP player coach? 😮
Finally a good Review. Like this it should be done. Please more of that.
💯
The outro is getting better and better lol
Currently using the 5th gen VCore 100, trying to decide if I should upgrade. Thanks for the video!
It makes sence to compare old with new models ( same strings), in my opinion. So this content is great.
These videos are pure butter at 1.75X speed

I'm testing the EZT22 right now and I play with the Regna 98, I'm probably going to switch, no wonder I like it, had no idea it was similar really.
Did Yonex change the racquet by making the throat longer (for flex) and the head a little wider?
Nice solinco x tennisspin sponsored jackets
I just hear about some arm issue with this racquet, is that true?
got wrist tendinitis with the 2021 ezone

You have to string this racquet tight with a soft poly...it probably plays like a long golf club...
Is this racket good for one handed backhand ?
In my experience with the old version, no. A bit lacking in maneuverability. Don't know about the new version tho.

Yes, it is fantastic, I'm coming from a Regna 98 to this, probably.
@@MosesDas It is amazing for a 1 hander, kills shots on the 1 hander and is really nice for slice too.
Ezone "Arm Breaker"
0.5 mm ??? Common, that can be manufacturing deviations if u check multiple rackets.
too heavy for me
