I just came across this video today as I was in the hospital yesterday and the day before because I had the worst stomach pain in my entire life...the doctor told me I most likely passed a gallstone and did an ultrasound to check for gallstones in my gallbladder and turns out I do and need to have surgery to remove it. I keep watching videos on UA-cam and I will be honest, it is very discouraging. I'm a little freaked out and have alot of worries. It's really sounding like you have to completely change your life by eating super healthy for rest of life-which I am all for, but not all of us can afford to eat super healthy/clean everyday of life the way food costs these days. I already don't eat much because of my issues(always bloated, feeling full, cramps, acid reflux) but also because I want to be healthier. I already don't eat red meat at all, I hardly eat any kind of meat and mostly veggies, grains, legumes. I don't eat spicy food, and hardly eat take out. I can only eat twice a day as it is. I have horrible acid reflux that I take pepcid for and I keep hearing on all these videos that by having gallbladder removed it can actually make acid reflux worse because the bile is flowing directly into intestines etc. And that most people go to the bathroom more often after and that weight becomes a problem which is a big concern of mine because I really want to lose weight and keep it off and it just sounds like weather I get gallbladder removed or not, weight will always be an issue is what all these videos make it seem like and I just hope that is not the case. I'm not huge, but I am also a little bigger than I should be for my frame despite eating better. I also keep hearing that a person can still get bloated, gassy, constipated after surgery and that is discouraging to hear as well so please, if anyone out there has positive stories and advice/encouragement, I'd love to hear it because I'm feeling very down :(

You're video has given me hope that there is a light under the tunnel after the removal of a gallstone/bladder. I am about to get this removed this year wow 2021 is my year. I am going to have a consultation today on having mine removed since according to my HIDA scan it is operating at 5. Never had surgery before. I am gluten/dairy intolerant and rarely eat red meat so I am looking for ideas on what to eat if I need the gallbladder removed. Any suggestions would be amazing. Great video and content.
Oh wow sorry to hear that! Here is my response to your question you messaged me about: Sprouts, might be your go-to place for dairy free/ gluten free foods. That’s at least where I get most of my dairy free/ gluten free foods. (I’m not gluten free, but my mom is.) So, I know at Sprouts they have gluten free taco shells. I would stay away from salsa though- that’s what my surgeon/ doctor told me- to stay away/ limit spicy, greasy, and fatty foods. I’ve also heard that Matcha is a good/ healthier replacement option for coffee. Maybe look into that? I’m not a nutritionalist/ doctor/ or anything like that.

Re-read what you just said. If the body is no longer breaking down the fat how can it be absorbed lol goes right out the backdoor, hence the diarreah. Order ox bike and have a pill mid meal each meal and you'll be fine.
Your liver still produces the bile, it just continually drops it into the small intestine. Ox bile supplement, ease the work load on the liver and pancreas.

Heads up on that acid reflux- it's actually bile. Sometimes a combination of both but bile is alkaline in nature. Soaking up the bile is the key . I'm in the same boat. Bland diet and my gut goes through starvation mode and acts on IBS like symptoms. They are trying an antispasmodic for me so I'd see about alternative solutions as far as reflux. Avoiding acid or high fat foods and dairy in your case ( they checked me I'm negative thank goodness for now) and caffienated foods are a big big reflux trigger. How did your reflux end up after the last hurrah of your recovery? Would love to know if you portioned your meals out or ran a mile more than usual to expell the gas and bloating. My case is epigastric tension after eating certain foods in a certain amount at a certain time in the whole day. Go figure. Be well; I used to do weights at the gym ( with the big boys prior to removal) and sprinting with the nick name speedy. Lol. Exercise helps a million so keep running that mile! Thank if you know what works for you to this day! Positive energy really is relieving to those watching your story.

You might have the same issue as me where I got my gallbladder removed in June and still felt sick, nausea, dizziness, diarrhoea etc.... my eye sight not the same / itchy .... guess what I HAD H.PYLORI, I'M RECOVERING ATM SO I HOPE YOU GET YOURSELF CHECKED. BLESS YOU. btw not all docs test you for it so you need to push that test onto them.
@@dominicartemis6374 my daughter had h pylori for about two years before finally diagnosed. They kept telling me in was acid reflux. I felt so bad she was in kindergarten and first grade throwing up every morning and middle of the night. That's a rough thing you went through! Unless people see it day and night i don't think they understand how disruptive it can be.
I am thankfull to almight who get me out from the pain.
What probiotics do u recommend
Thanks
Hi! I hope you'll notice this. I had my gb removed January 6 this year. I just wanted to ask how long did you wait to go back exercising. I gain a looot of weight compared to the weight I have after the surgery.
Do you completely abstain from dairy .
I mean even tea , coffee in which we use small amount of milk .
You're video has given me hope that there is a light under the tunnel after the removal of a gallstone/bladder. I am about to get this removed this year wow 2021 is my year. Opperation, wedding prep its all happening. I have decided to start on apple cider to help with lowering my weight along with eatting right .
Hi how is it going with weight loss? Are you losing weight easily? Taking any supplements? Thanks :)
I had the same thing done. Can you help me about the food please
Thanks for DM me and glad we could chat about this topic. Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@NataliesLife my Instagram was hacked. Lost all info and that email. Feel free to message me back here somehow. Tomorrow is my surgery! Prayers
Oh wow sorry to hear that! Here is my response to your question you messaged me about:
Sprouts, might be your go-to place for dairy free/ gluten free foods.
Will be praying!
@@NataliesLife Thank you. Made a new Instagram. BTW
Thank you so much for posting about your experience, I recently had my gallbladder removed and your how to sleep video helped me, hope your doing well! I also just posted my experience and what I eat on my channel 💕
@@WhitneyAbrina hi, at the end of the day it is your decision. I’ve seen naturopathic videos, I had to get the surgery because I had a gallstone stuck in my bile duct and I couldn’t keep food down and was having pin every single day. Definitely talk to your dr and see what is the best decision for you. I hope you feel better 💕
I'm going to have a cholecystectomy pretty soon. It was supposed to happen October 18 of this year, but it was changed. I'm not sure when it will happen, but I just want to know will there be acid reflux or will my life expectancy change? I have so much to live for and I'm really scared.
hey how are u now? hows your gallbladder and acid reflux?
Hi💕💕 i had my gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago and i think i have gastritis im not sure its a weird feel.. you think its normal it will go away??
I heard that when your gallbladder is removed your body no longer breaks down fats and absorbs it all leading to a lot of weight gain.. is this true?
Everybody’s body is different. For me, after I had my Gallbladder removed I lost a lot of weight. I choose to have a healthy lifestyle.😊
Re-read what you just said. If the body is no longer breaking down the fat how can it be absorbed lol goes right out the backdoor, hence the diarreah. Order ox bike and have a pill mid meal each meal and you'll be fine.
Ox Bile*
Your liver still produces the bile, it just continually drops it into the small intestine. Ox bile supplement, ease the work load on the liver and pancreas.
So you lost weight from surgery. What caused the weight gain after?
Hi Natalie thanks for this update you are looking well, I have recently had my gallbladder removed due to stones and I’m doing ok, I have changed my diet to plant based and dairy free and have lost quite a bit of weight! I had seen your videos where you had just had your surgery and it was one of the things that helped me decide to go for surgery, glad I did as the surgeon said my gallbladder was messed up due to a large stone and several small ones, trying like you to be as healthy as possible 👌🏻👍🏻👋🏻💕xxx
Sandra Williams How are you doing now after the surgery? Any complications and do you still experience any pain? Can you eat whatever you want?
Hey how are you now?❤
@@leylaas2969 so sorry for very late reply, I’ve only just seen this! Any way I am ok pretty much vegetarian now, as certain things I can’t digest very well, I have too little bile and find I get bloated if I eat the wrong food for me, thankyou for asking, once again I’m so sorry for delay, 😊
Any thoughts on vitamin water.
I’m a little iffy on Vitamin Water. It really depends how much sugar is in the vitamin water, in my opinion.
Yay! I’ve been waiting for this video from you girl! Hahaha I see you’ve tried the daiya pizza with the cream cheese? What’d you think?😏🙈
💗😃
Yes! I actually thought it tasted pretty good.😅

Hello! I just had my surgery 4 days ago and I also have the same thing that you describe that you had in your tongue , I just wanted to know if that problem was over for you or what happened? Thank you Natalie
Both my doctor and surgeon said it’s called Geographic Tongue. My tongue doesn’t flare up anymore- rarely, like how it did after my surgery.

After a while your body will adjust and you can eat whatever take it from someone who has a lot of people in my family that don’t have a gallbladder .
Wow sorry to hear that you’re in so much pain! I just released a new video of: What I Eat In A Day- Healthy and Dairy Free.😊
@@frifri28 hey.. I don't understand what happens if you don't eat healthy and what this weight loss and exercise is for? Personal or due to removal of galbladder ?
Does not having your gallbladder changes your life ? Does it realy make you gain tons of weight how people saying it is ? Or it all depends on eating healthy & working out?
Depends on the individual. For me it helped me made better health choices and I need to use ox bile and digestive enzymes. I do feel nauseous at times and it doesn't feel good. As far as weight goes it didn't make a difference with me but I have heard of ppl loosing weight and also ppl gaining a lot of weight so it depends on the person
Did you read the ingredients on those antacids pill some of those pills contans dairy products.
I didn’t- that’s good to know, thank you!

Im the same way with soda, i quit soda but i only drink sprite whenever i dont feel well :) atm for now i just drink water and eat healthy til i get my gallbladder surgery :) i finally saw a surgeon to talk it over with me and he will let me know a date of my surgery :)
