That said, what you got coming down the pipeline in terms of 2023-2024?
This is a big first step forward...IMHO...airgun enthusiasts will be willing to pay MORE than $400 for this type of airgun technology, IF, you can improve it by making it with a bigger battery , a more powerful motor { maybe even use brushless motor for longevity and efficiency and more power} , fully adjustable stock tru glow sites AND..have a dial that allows the shooter to quickly adjust the power output from 400 - 800 FPS ...this way, it can be used for both target practice and small game dispatch. Make sure it is accurate and has case hardened gears for longevity and I think you will have the best selling airgun of ALL TIME ! ...people will be glad to not have to mess with co2 cartridges or pcp pumps/ bottles. Also ,make it easy to load.

Yoo BARRA amazing tech guys absolutely amazing!! I am surely loving the all new of its kind 1st .177/4.5mm steel BB AEG!! For someone that owns alot of airsoft replicas and steel BB replicas as well as real steel we want the affordability of shooting cheap ammo now airsoft has the nail to scratch the itch of shooting constantly steel bb has the hammer to hit the nail but the cost of co2 and other things going up and the having the pump up an airgun everyshot kinda dampens the fun of the hobby!! The lightweight if the 6mm airsoft is just too light for target plinking allday steel on steel ping action is best for training implements so you guys really knocked it out of the park creating this all new STEEL BB AMMO AEG!! And for that I shall take off my hat and bow to you for congratulations on your new Baby(project)!!
We definitely considered all those things while making this gun, we want our customers to enjoy amazing guns!

I just ordered one . Adding to my COllection . I have the golden boy lever action. Saw it on the shelf at Walmart and just had to have it . Cool looking gun to hang on the wall . It looks like the real thing . Once I saw the first video of your 400E I knew my name was on one of them . Gonna blast some aluminum cans for sure .
Wondering if these use the same parts (motor/gearbox/ect) as airsoft guns. Would be awesome to be able to tune these with a higher torque motor and more powerful springs.

Great video. I just bought one this past weekend. I can't wait to take it out a try it out. I am thinking I am going to buy a cheap Eotech optic that matches my real Eotech so my eyes are used to it.
Improvement: Would be nice to have a sensor that detects last shot and gives a audible beep (cutting the power would be better but, may lead to a buggy system).
This would be awesome if you were able to mod/hope up this gun like soft air different gear some electrical mods up the voltage barrel swop to get the speed and power up for us big kids. P.s.

Is the shell ejection cover just for show?
You know that's a big pet peeve of mine regarding municipalities having ordinances against using airguns or bows in city limits. Are you aware that many cities buy a standard form for city bylaws and ordinances and may not even be aware of what's fully in it simply because they can't afford the legal costs to write one up? I live in Ft. Worth and if you get caught it can be a $500 fine....that's ridiculous. If one had a proper backstop there should be no issue at all. So I shoot in my garage at least until the middle of summer when it's too warm inside.
I fully support you guys knowing that you will make it big someday. If you could make one of these full auto with .22 I would buy one in a heartbeat
It does exist for now with PCP (hatsan and a couple others already have belt fed full auto .22 pellets guns) but I think the future of air gunning is electric !
Soon everyone will want to manufacture these and they will get very powerfull.
Can the mock suppressor be removed and can the barrel be shorten?
Is the rifle can be upgraded like spring, battery like higher voltage or mah and external cosmetic upgrade like sights or taking off the mock suppressor?
Many of the parts of the gearbox can be interchanged with widely available airsoft components but doing so will void your warranty. This gearbox was specifically designed to withstand the much greater amount of force required to fire .177 BBs. For those who really know gearboxes these changes can be made but we cannot recommend it. Only use a 11.1V or 3 cell LiPo battery. We do not recommend using a battery over 35C. Larger capacity (mAh) batteries can be used but will be harder to fit within the buttstock that comes with the rifle. You can purchase a different stock if desired. As far as external accessories, the picatinny rail extends the along top of the receiver and handguard for you to install any sight or optic compatible. The handguard is compatible with all M-Lok mounted accessories so the sky is the limit there! The mock suppressor fits over the barrel but can be removed in put back if you want to do something like Cerakote it.

You definitely need to up the Capacity of the magazine may Airsoft hold 120 up to 300 rounds 50 still on low side for brand new gun

I bought mine brand-new ordered it when it got here charged the battery up filled the magazine with with the correct BB's and soon as I put the magazine in it started firing automatically and it's still doing it p and it's still doing it I wish somebody could fill me in on a replacement or how to get one
Does this gun use a v2 gearbox similar to an airsoft gun? Can gears and other parts be replaced or upgraded? If it is anything like airsoft guns it is a matter of when something breaks and not if. If it is a completely different system then I don't know. Springs have a lifespan, pistons crack, gears and bushings wear out over time. Are replacement parts going to be available in the future, or will all repairs be done in house only?
Nearly any aftermarket part for an airsoft gearbox will work with our gearbox. We have personally tested various springs, cylinders and heads, pistons, and gear sets. Obviously, you need to match parts to the application. This is done at the customer's risk and voids the warranty. We will also be selling replacement parts for the 400e in the near future as well.

I would like to order one . I want the charger and battery included. By doing this I feel the warranty will cover anything with the gun . I heard that it is sold with a battery and a charger for approximately $448 .

I'm a gun nut but unfortunately 16 for now, so I'm on the hunt for realistic "toy" guns. If you're like me check out the Springfield armory 1911 bb gun. It's all steel and works exactly like the real counterpart, you can even lock the slide.

I'm 17 and I also like to search for realistic toy guns, it's kind of complicated to buy them thought because of Spanish laws and regulations, I also love tarkov.

very interesting and good lucking bb gun , i would highly recommend to stay away from military look rifle if you are going to sell it worldwide because there are some restrictions with bb gun looking like AR , i would highly suggest ( 1866 with this electric system ) !

I plan to! Will use freshly charged Lipo battery, meticulously-hand-forged BBs, green-dot laser, and 4 spare magazines. Will take his left knee-cap out 🦵🏿with 50 full-auto. If that ain’t enuff, I’ll slam up another mag, and pop him in his right 🥜. Full stop!

only problem is the price isn't much less than a real ar-15. i can pick one up new for around $500. i only have $700 in my ar-15 pistol in 5.56mm.
I just got mine in the mail today. You say the magazine capacity is 50, but mine will only take 30. Did you change the mag capacity?

@@barraairguns instead of using the speed loader you included, I started using a Crosman pellet pen to feed the BB's. With the pellet pen, I have no problem feeding the full 50. Still can't get over 35 using your speed loader.

does the faux suppesor can be removed.?
it can be removed for maintenance purposes, but is part of the gun. it protects the BB barrel.

Is a battery included
Not right now. But we are going to start selling bundles in the near future though that include a battery. The reason being is that many people may own one of these batteries already or would want to spend their money on a battery from a different brand.
Not putting a battery in with the gun gives you the choice to purchase what you want.

It's awesome, don't get me wrong, but that little extra would have made it perfect.
I'm well aware that I can 3d print a different hop-up chamber and a magazine to hold pellets but I don't understand why companies aren't already doing it themselves and spare the hassle to those willing to have some fun. Is there any regulation that prevent this?
He did mention the bbs need to be magnetic. Not entirely sure if alloy pellets even have iron in them or enough to make it count.
Pellets would probably cause a lot of malfunctioning though
@@Frijoleto aye, I can totally understand why some people swear by pellets but to make anything close to "replica" function you need the 360° versatility of bbs to make it work.
Different plinking styles for everyone, I use both and never have any personal beef with either.
@@Frijoleto "probably". By experience, I can say that's not the case. It's more likely to be because of stupid regulations which might prevent shipping to a wider market, like Europe and the rest of the woke countries. Yet, they could at least offer an alternative in the US.
@@RWMAirgunsmithing I didn't see the internals but they may have added a magnet to prevent the BBs from moving when the piston begins to push air. The hopup rubber in airsoft guns does that instead.
Anyway, I had an extra long comment with a lot of criticism that's worth some millions, but I'd just say "count me out" instead.
It's a shame to see a company aiming for the lowest when they could have aimed higher, that's all I can say.
20 bucks per mag is not bad but If you could make one with a 300 round reservoir that automatically feeds it when you squeeze the trigger, we wouldn’t have to look anywhere else! I mean it’s 1000 shots per charge yet we have to reload every 50 shots?? Please, please make this happen!! i’ll be the first in line to get one and recommend them to everyone.

Bought one yesterday from the official Barra website, and got a ton of extra magazines. Planning to make some UA-cam videos that show off the amazing features of this fully auto airgun. I just work a lot so I will have to make time to make videos. Really hoping for the success of this electric Airgun, it’s really incredible the power it has with no C02.
Will you please sell me the stock? If you released that stock for sale the airsoft market would literally buy more than you could have made. I'm serious I want to buy the stock, please let me know if this is possible.
You might make more money selling the stocks than you will selling the gun itself. Well, a little exaggeration but you would be surprised. I have people ask me all the time what stock will hold a bigger battery. Airsoft world is ignorant when it comes to batteries. They think a 1000mah 15c lipo can run their AEGs. Well we cant find stocks that will hold bigger batteries. The PTS stock is the best we got and it wont hold the 2200mah bricks. That should really be the minimum size lipo airsoft uses, but math and science is hard for people I guess. Airsoft needs this stock, for safety mostly. People underestimate what a puffed up lipo can do.
That is something we will consider for sure. At the moment we don't have excess inventory of our stock to sell as an individual item, but that could change in the near future.

Idk but where I live, there’s no real need for lethal rounds save for hobby plinking. The thieves here are cowards and worst case scenario, I have a 7’ long 3 prong spear. Most scenarios, a gun like this that hurts like hell, will be enough to scare them off. Super rare to hear of an armed robbery here. This is right up my alley. Only issue is the batteries. I got into RC’s and those things are super sensitive. Literally gotta babysit them. Turn off for sure but not so much as to not purchase this.

You can get dozens of amazing AEGs in 6mm for half the price that shoot as hard and you can use metal bbs, black ones or even fluorescent bbs with them. As soon as other manufacturers start making these in .177, the price will go down.

Well, this one is 100% electric, no CO2 and shoots 5,5 gr (0,35 gram) steel BB at 400 fps. Full auto. At the stock price of $500. You can show us some alternative though. Competition between companies is good.

Steep price. Double the price of a Crosman DPMS SBR.
The DPMS is awesome, but we wanted to look further into a lot of the things that you have to account for when shooting. You're looking at the first ever all electric platform shooting .177! That means no more trailing shots with CO2, more mag capacity, cheaper shooting, and easier operation! Its full aluminum construction is so realistic! We didn't cut any corners on this bad boy.
JUNK! Dont buy it. Loader was defective right out of the box. Company has failed to respond to support requests. Very poor overall quality.

Shot it yesterday. It would be really nice if it had an indicator that told you when it was empty and how many BBs remain in mag.
Overall I’m not impressed.

PCP's are a whole different animal and we agree they are awesome. AEGs aren't for everyone but I bet if you shot the 400E it might get some gears turning 😏

Ive been around the airsoft arena a long time. and can imagine its the same. Only that it spits out steel bb’s. Its kool but nuthing like pcp blowblack recoil. The price is just too steep for what u get. Plastic plastic plastic

Yes, in Europe commies practically banned any pellet/bb guns that can produce more than 7,5 J of muzzle energy. Nobody in their right mind would file paperwork and allow the cops to check their gun safe for a pcp gun. The Barra is literally God's answer for plinkers under commie rule.
For the price I would expect it to be more powerful, that's kind of a shame.
Give the company some time...im confident the company understands that making this BETTER in the future by having features like adjustable FPS dial..to set it to 400- 800 FPS settings , will satisfy the airgun crowd AND, we would be willing to pay more money for such advancements. MORE POWER/ ADJUSTABLE POWER- USING A SIMPLE DIAL...MORE ACCURACY...CASE HARDENED GEARS...BETTER MOTOR/ BRUSHLESS MOTOR...all those features would appeal to anyone that wants or likes this type of airgun.
