Instead of running from city´s to your own town to get items for quests, build a warehouse next to the city´s. Then you can have easy access to do the quests and to sell stuff!

I do like seeing the workers going about their tasks and the overall transformation For your future expansion needs when hunting dynasty rep I will run a section of the map in one day selling some things and picking up quests *on day one* as some quests need 2 days to complete. I come home at night and craft anything I can to fill the requests. I also craft more to sell. Run my route again to hand in quests and finnish cleaning out the merchant and cover costs for anything I buy for the quest. I also track down the kids to gift them a toy for some easy rep. The other tip is to get the rep gain increase perk when to can.
I always go from the people section in management to assign new people. When you select them you can assign a home and a workplace from the same page and the people are completely set in a few seconds

"In return you will slave in my mine, getting iron ore, and possibly black lung". "ENJOY!". 🤣 Also......"minor episode". Good one Kysen......lmao
In all fairness, they'd have to be mining coal to get black lung. So really it's just back-breaking labor and industrial accidents to suffer through. :)
15:47 Has this been changed for Oxbow because in Valley I have three separate settlements near Hornica, Rolnica and Baranica and only one food storage in Rolnica. Do we now need a food and resource storage for every outpost?
You know when you’re going into the journal to see the next step of the quest? Well if you’re tracking the quest like with don’t panic, it will tell you in the top right corner of the HUD what the next step of the quest is?
I'm quite shure that the workers does not affect the resources that you can collect. As long as they do not need a specific item in the storage to make what they are set to make they get the resources out of "thin air". So if you have a worker set to collect dung you will not affect that worker if you collect the dung from the animal pen.

Really not balanced what you did for this quest so far I would say if it was at the quest board you would have at least 400 rep, And I am posting this right after you put the perch in the basket. So yea I would say probably in the time it takes (counting the season changes) you could get 800 even 1000 rep on the board, seeing that so far it has taken 3 seasons. LOL after posting the top part I finished the video and you got 300 rep in 1 season could have had 400 if you got the other quest so yea you could have in 3 seasons 1200 no problem.
