One must train more seriously than what is shown in this video. It is evident that nage/tori has never tested these techniques beyond theory and with pressure.... he performs his movements with his mouth hung open. That is asking for a broken jaw in ANY altercation, even if just pushed over and falling into something.
Existe un absoluto desconocimiento en lo concerniente a la aplicación del shuto, amén de una mala ejecución del mismo, a veces ejecutas el shuto correctamente y otras no, lo cual, sinceramente, me desconcierta bastante.
