As someone who plays Welstra, I can say the end result that Welstra produces is more or less the same as before DZ Era. The ride line, however, is both a step up and step down from the original. How one builds the deck will determine the way the ride deck is set as well.
Maggy was looking just fine until the new rideline came out at the last minute and did almost everything short of an Accord/Aquamarine refresh to the og Mag. But besides that Mag looking good. Cristianos teaches kids not to judge decks until we see all the support. Veleno is a solid concept that can be really good, once we get more archetype names because with just 1 of each grade right now it can be a tad clunky.
@@vanguardpotential3153 You could play a very aggro Rezael that doesn't try plusing or a more grindy deck that is able to reliably get 10+ cards in hand. The 10+ hand version is much better.
Welstra as a deck is running on pure cope at this point. Its genuinely bad. It's too fair of a deck. Its genuinely ironic that eva is genuinely the only deck that might be decent in this meta now with her promo is going out
