  • The KLX110s are not very friendly when it comes to simple maintenance like cleaning an air filter or cleaning the carb. But the good new is, with a little bit of twisting and turning you can at least remove the bowl and get to the jets without removing the shrouds. It makes testing and tuning the carb a whole lot easier.

I bought them from fasterminis.com. You may be able to get on there to see what brand they are. I looked one and all it has stamped into the side is a K and the size.

@@stout5353 Not exactly. It kind of depends on the day. I cut a slit in the D shaped air/fuel screw so I could adjust it and I also put in the adjustable needle from BBR. I can't remember what my settings are but it seems like when the weather is slightly cooler say 50-75 degrees it runs pretty good. Higher than 75 the bog is usually very noticeable.

I have a 2002 klx 110 what’s the factory size pilot jet and main jet? I lost the main jet and I wanted to put the factory one back in it but didn’t know the size. Thanks
