Notice Phil's HEAD just to the right of the RADIO sign. Illuminati confirmed.
Amazing
It’s perfect
It all makes sense now...
Band members making singles was such a huge flop.
Some few gems, but most rubbish.
I hope they get together and make an album.
??? every solo track by Phil, Thom Ed and Johnny especially has been good lol, nothing I'd call 'rubbish'
@papayer Yes. You're right. It's a bit harsh. They all have their talents, and I long to hear them together again.
Thank you for the help.
@@papayer The Smile is such a good “side project”
What a moron.
It's amazing they've been together forty years without changing members or anyone dying, I don't think people realize just how rare that actually is for a band.
I realise it's very rare. As would most others if they are asked.
Or any crazy drama / fallouts over the creative process. Really rare
Only band I can think of that have been together longer without any changes in the lineup is U2
A truly great drummer
My personal favorite drummer
Phil "(radiohead) is still a band" OMG THANK YOU
How naive of you. They're done.
I met Phil today in Bingley and got a picture today. One of the greatest memories I will have forever
That's nice.
Radiohead new album? Don't give me hope please,
As someone born in July of 85 watching this in May 2023, I resent being told I’m coming up to 40.
I know the feeling. I'm turning 40 in 16 weeks. It's just really depressing.
@@DANTE83100 It's been around 4 months time, happy belated or early birthday, stranger :)
41 here fellas. It's really as bad as you fear. Probably worse. But it won't always be this way. It will gradually get worse every year. Please find hope in the word gradual.
How did I miss this? Good on ya Phil. It’s so good to see you. To hear you play live is one of the best live experiences that I ever witnessed.
Have you ever loved something so much that when you actually got to come into contact, all it did was
disappoint? I had it happen at 16 and I immediately fell out of love for the first time. Radiohead was the opposite. Loved them and then saw them live; it felt like coming home.
Met Philip yesterday at bear tree records lovely guy down to earth and great to talk to 💙
I thought his voice would be quite deep
“We get together all the time” hasent played a show in nearly a decade.
“Independent venues are very important” only plays arenas and festivals LOL
Very well-spoken man. who tf let thom do all of the early interviews lol
Top bloke, great solo work
Didn't know Phil spoke so eloquently.
Yes! Often times people are surprised by his poised, and gentle nature.
He rarely does talk, or barely uttering a word (unless required). I remember watching a MuchMusic interview in which Phil barely speaks, he only utters a single phrase!
It's not like he wants to say concealed, either, for Melody Music's sort of band info repository, he wrote that he disliked sitting furthermost back on stage in "relative obscurity".
He wears a suit to play drums.
Classic band!
It would be amazing if you played the Jericho tavern again see you there quite a few times in the day
Go under the name x1
blur ?
"its a band.. its still a band!" never heard more cope!
I believe they are done. Then again I thought Pixies would never reunite. That Pavement were never going to tour again and that Blur was done for good. Failed all three.
@@cactaceous i actually dont believe they are done at all, i definitely see new radiohead coming with in the next few years!
Phil selway. A garage full of memories with this interview. Thank Jesus Christ for that now. In Jesus Christs name we pray amen.
Radiohead are massive nerds.
