2018's Brightest Flashlight is the Acebeam X70, 60,000 lumens! ...it comes with a "Fandle."
Describing Acebeam's new X70 as "bright" is like saying a hurricane or typhoon is "windy". Delivering an unprecedented 60,000 lumens in a 1,115 metre beam. The lumens are served up by a Cree XHP35 HI chip backed by 12 Cree XHP70.2 emitters, fueled by a rechargeable battery pack with 8 Sony VTC6 18650 lithium ion batteries, and focused by a complex reflector into an epic beam, brilliantly lighting objects as far as you can see. The heat from these LED's is dissipated by a centrifugal fan built into the carrying handle and powered by a separate rechargeable 18650 cell, allowing the X70 to sustain outputs of up to 18,000 lumens for 50 minutes and blast out 25,000 lumens for 8 minutes or 60,000 lumens for nearly a minute - durations which are not practical without active cooling. The X70 represents a new benchmark in portable lighting. Darkness stands no chance against anyone armed with this flashlight, which is uniquely suited to search-and-rescue, military and marine operations, forestry and game-park management, and so much more.
Military Grade Quality Brightest flashlights in the world: Acebeam X70 Utilizing 12x Cree XHP70.2 and 1x Cree XHP35 LED with Max Output 60000 lumens
Flashlight Rechargeable Directly: Built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery pack can be charging directly, needn't get it out from the flashlight
Max beam distance as far as 1150 meters to eradicate darkness
WATERPROOF TO IPX8 Rated for use in heavy rain day and other extreme condition
Built-in air fan cooling system helps with heat dispersion automatically

Dude. That first shot, when you switch to the X70 with the sound effect, is amazing. Holy crap. I laughed so hard seeing that. Like GOT DAM.
Awesome video as usual. Great filming and great on screen narration. No useless talk, straight to the point. Keep up the good work!
Wow just wow. Goodbye my dx80 and mfo4s.. now a real flood and throw king arrived. Hats off
Beautiful light and a very nice video. I get the X70 this week. I can't wait.
This is one of the coolest flashlight videos I have seen and I have seen a LOT. Awesome work from a fellow Flashlightoholic :)
Fantastic review...I love the sounds of the little one in the background! Being a dad's one of the greatest feelings in the world!

Best review I've ever seen in UA-cam.! Really fantastic job.
That was probably the best Flashlight review video I've ever seen! Wow! Well done bro! 👍
Brilliant!!!
X70 is definitely the flood king.
Very nice light with some awesome technology, and the different beams look good. The flood is amazing.
Wow, just wow!! Great video mate, and this flashlight would probably end any "Fear of the Dark" :D
Nice review! Also nice soundeffects and score ;-)
Your town is beautiful. The dx80 is not bad against these. Still relevant.
Ultra low mode is ridiculous haha.
Tbh I filmed this vid in West, South and North Yorkshire! The dangerous place and UI demo was where I live though.
Awesome editing man! Those lights are Nuts!
This is the best review ever..thanks
Skyrim sound track... so nostalgic!!
With a touch of amnesia atmosphere...
It reminds me of some ENB preview video.
hell yes shit had me emotional
just received mine, very impressive when it comes to side by side comparison but giving the fact that human eye is quite good at adaptation it's not blinding if you don't look directly at it.
Another awesome video, thank you so much.
Great work 🙏 Getting better and better. I wish I had Your skills.... Thx keep it up 👍
Too kind
Great video! Well done!
Nice review thanks. I didn"t expect Wilkinsons Car Park to feature on a review, let alone one in Wakefield :)
Lighting up Wilko's car park at 7pm is certainly easier than lighting up Sandal Castle at 1am

Best Solid reviews!! Thank you
excellent comparison between the 4
I'm from Harrogate, but living in Spain, great to see Knaresborough! Malham Cove and Almscliffe Crag would both be good spots for these kind of tests too. Great review again, thanks!
Lass at work keeps pestering me to film at Malham Cove!!! Knaresborough is only 40 mins away but Malham might be pushing it, I keep meaning to film Scarborough lit up from the South Cliffs but there's a real bad gay cruise problem there.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV Yeah that could cause a few cock-ups...Whitby would be good from above too, but maybe not on Goth Weekend.
@@MrSimonj1970 hell yeah, Whitby would own it. Then a vampire theme for the dangerous place, next record light I'll take there I promise!
How on earth do you only have 2k subscribers? Your work is so good.
Probably because I'm British! Flashlight world is mainly China and USA 😔

@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV that's right, I've seen him on BLF. Then i'm the second flashaholic.😊 You where right when you said that all other flashlights looks like candles now. The X70 is so bright, that my other flashlights in my collection are not bright anymore.😪
Damnit... My DX80 is no longer the brightest..! Well... only one thing to do now...
you choose right sound effect when turning on this blaster ))
Really nice. Thanks a lot for the vid. Now i am less sad about „only“ having a DX80. Still looks nice. Really like the different Modes from the X70. But the price...
Light it up!
Very nice work. Thank you for the comparison of Imalent and Acebeam. It would have been nice to have beamshots compared at greater distance (500-600 m) because that is where X70 is superior to MS12. Awesome scenes with the city below ( helicopter noise) and the bridge. Those really showed its power.
Cheers, I didn't bother at my usual 400m+ spot because the lights are stepping down my camera due to the ground glare, it means it's hard to see snything lit past 300m, especially with how much atmosphere scatter there is.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV What video camera did you used? And what ISO? Thanks

Great Video!!!!
Excellent review as always. This one is way too expensive for me, also not a great fan of the design with that fan. But I agree with you that the throw mode is genius. I wish more flashlights came out with that feature. Really nice. Thank you.
Maybe a x80-throw? but it won't be very deep.
try a fleshlight then, those are like 120$ USD :)
I am a Korean flashlight dealer. This is the best flashlight review video I have ever seen. Music fits very well with the atmosphere. What video camera did you use? The image is very clear.

DAAAAAAAUM!!! Sometimes I think these lights are overkill above 20,000 lumens. However I'm a flashlight junkie so I'll save my pennies. LOL
Gotta be 100000 next!!!
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV i think that a Eurobean ban will come when a flashlight will give 100000 Lumen.

I think these lights are produced more for search and rescue than for domestic use.
@@billace90 And this lights are produced for flashaholics.😋😎
That's one beast!!
I'll stick with my dx80 for now, much smaller and not enough difference to make it worth a purchase. Not sure about the fandle yet.
Nice review!!
I hope the first 100000 lumen light is an updated version of the DX80. It'll need LED tech to get better though
I have the DX80 as well and agree with you. I also have the MS12 which has a correctly designed active cooling fan placed inside the head where it belongs.
I'm not yet saying it's not making the output claimed. I would be willing to bet it's a good deal lower than stated. They will not ship me one for direct comparison to the MS12 including output testing. And from the candela shown I'm kind of doubting the throw distance. But like I said I would happily do a complete a side by side comparison including luman output. They can even have it back once completed.
is there gona be a mod x70 in skyrim?
Wow great video and editing. Can I ask what camera you are using?
Sony A6300
Do you find much use for the XHP35 HI? It seems a little out of place for me.
Maybe it's nice to have a center on the beam, and it's probably good for extended runtimes (only running 1 LED).
But do you really want to carry something that bulky and only use 1 XHP35 HI?
I imagine you get a big smile on your face when you put it on turbo though, with freshly charged batteries :)
The centre LED is awesome, I hated the idea at first but when I found out it could be disabled or used alone I thought it was genius.
Next time the police shine you shine them with the x-70
And the last thing you will hear is "GUN!"
This is insane. It can blind people if you shine under 50 feet.
@@Parnell50 If they scream GUN, leave the flashlight and RUN!
Took a beating off the local cops once, I won't be shining them 😁
@Classic Tech HD you'll be dead before you can use that
Excellent!
Once again a Brilliant review . Sure I heard
Warden Hodges , You ruddy hooligan ....
...and Mrs Fox!
Things are important to be light.
Whoa, like a portable sun!
I will love to see the same shot at 8:28 but after 3 minutes of each light running when they dim out. Basically the sustainable lumens how they look like. I have the X80-GT and really dims a lot. They claim 4K lumes but i am sure is giving like 3K or less after 1 min. I want to see that with the X70 and MS12.
The DX80 and MS12 will still be going strong after 3 mins.
Can you use the car plug and run the light at high power if needed?
Darn it. You convinced me to get the X70. Ordered it tonight ;). I love the music. Where did you get it from?
I got my X70 off ebay, made HKEquipment a best offer.

Nice Review FLASHAHOLICS 👍🏻
Which is better in your opinion?
Acebeam X70 or Imalent MS12
What’s the long you can keep these 2 Flashlights in turbo mode Between X70 or MS12 ?
The MS12 gets around 3-5 mins in Turbo and the X70 1 min, I prefer the X70 though. It's far brighter, throws further, easier to charge and is easier to hold without the shoulder strap.

DEFITNALLY a flashlight LAPD needs to have in each patrol car! One officer lighting up an area would make it a lot safer and easier for cops hunting someone when Air support isn't available.
Nice, music from Skyrim too. :p
What lasts for longer in turbo and high power settings, the imalent ms12 or the acebeam x70?
Imalent by some way, 5 mins versus 1 minute on Turbo! The X70 has more power though and has a smaller head.
Housing estate in Barnsley, my dad grew up there, he was born in Keighley. On the X70 is the button positioned away from the fandle, or have acebeam thought of this? Is it hard to operate like this with the fan?
@@williamnunn8847 it's underneath when the fan is attached, it's not too tricky to press, especially when used with shoulder strap

Hello, when you are on the 1X XHP35 hi mod can you go higher than 2000 lumens all the way to 60 000 lumens by using the XHP70 LED while always keeping the XHP35 at max power?

The best flashlight to blind the dawn ghost
I like the output & all, but I'll wait for X70 2.0 or the updated version of it.. They need to fix alot of stuff in this light...first the Fan need to be inside the flashlight second I would like is ..to have 60k lumens maintain for 10-20 minutes before stepping down, third I wish the would use 8 21650 or the same one used in tasla battery.....
It's a bit of a deal breaker the high output tbh. I would rather 20 minutes at 15,000 lumens with a high 450,000 candela rating and a less floody beam
i want to see the flashlight head and the leds isnt that the first thing to show
I confess, I've spent thousands on lights too....It became a moderate addiction. Craving something stronger, more powerful while making rich people, richer was.....enough. I quit cold turkey after finally concluding, hand held lights will go the way of cell phone tech and ....smart phones. Lights will be smaller, lighter and more powerful in 5 years, making the X70 obsolete (think Brick Phone here please). As far as feeling like a GOD for 60 seconds, I dint about that. I actually found my BLF GTvn V2 fun because it threw in excess of 2000 meters. Did I feel like a GOD? Good lord, no! Now.....when it comes to bedding an educated, beautiful woman with similar interests, while staying up for 24 hours straight while being drained of all bodily fluids? I'll...take that feeling instead, thank you.

Six months ago I said, enough! No more lights! I have a collection of 11 lights, with a total cost New of $4000! That's ridiculous, especially when you're forced to conclude that technology is changing every six full months! Five years from now, my lights won't be worth jack shit. Then what?! Just keep charging the lights even though I'm no longer using the lights? Point being, I was struck with the light addiction craze-addiction too. But, as stubborn as I am, I refused to funnel anymore money towards what really is, an expensive depreciating asset.
I keep selling my dullest ones! Made a profit on some!
A lot of things in life depreciate much more than this !
My 8yr old Olight SR90 was still relevant (for me) until I sold it and bought the BLF GT. Now this one got me interested...
How about shining it up to the ISS? Or the moon...Mars...the sun???
The guys on the ISS will probably see you but it's not powerful enough to make you see them.
But ACEBEAM keep developping laser flashlight so why not? xD
i don't think the beam is concentrated enough to hit the ISS.............also it would probably take 500m lumens super focused to do that........
You are visible at nearly 30 times the throw of the flashlight so if this flashlight has a throw 1115 m you are visible at 33km. To be see from the ISS you need a flashlight with a throw of 11km, that's feasible using laser-phosphor flashlights.

I absolutely understand the whole actual continuous output v. 'buffering' et' al; .......what my previous communications intended, were to shed some light (pardon the pun) on the fact that, THERES SO MUCH MUCH MORE TO DO IN LIFE rather than just sitting, standing and holding a.....Fricken flashlight! After a couple of weeks, one can only marvel (at the design? Flood? Throw?) for so long, before that too gets set aside, just like all the rest of the lights.... Like cell phones, texting and social media (I limit myself to one hour per day total) flashlights are ......just another addiction and right now, a waste of money. Lights will be very different in 5 years. My gosh, what will handheld lights be in ten years?!
