    This is outright lie that the Dwarka Express Way is already 100% motorable .. even the green area of 70% in all the societies is absolutely false. Please share a video for all your viewers for all your claims

    All good and true except your opinion about RERA. There are not hundreds but thousands of property investors who have not got the property for last 15 years. So, buying under construction property still holds the risk. Also it's not about the question of builder. Some country's most populated builders have ditched consumers. Forget about RERA, no one in the country be it SC, govt are able to rescue the property buyers. RERA is actually no where in the picture 😃

      Aaisa nhi hai dear because ye project RERA se relative project hai. Yha dwarka exp..Way pr M3M ka project hai sec113 left hand side . Jo property pr RERA hai vo company's bhag nhi skati . Kyuki jaise traffic rules todne pr aage police pakad leti hai theek vaise same hi agar ye company frod krti hai to uska jimedar hoga , aur customer ki money vaps krega aur legal action lega .. kyuki ye goverment approved hota hai.
