I had a issue with my Rockwood. Call customer service support and got the issue fix. I have own two other camper, Rockwood is my favorite when it come to customer service.
I just bought this model on Friday, take delivery this week. Glad to hear Rockwood took care of you. This is our fourth rv, 3rd dealership and luckily have never been treated poorly. Sorry this happened to you.
Wow! SHAME on that dealership!! And SHAME on the Manager of that dealership to allow a sales person to disrespect a customer like that. We are thinking of getting a rockwood as well. Bought a 2104s...it delaminated because they knowingly put a marker light on it with a completely deforned gasket. I was shocked at the poor quality in these. If these are supposed to be among the best built then that doesnt say much for the industry. Screws go into nothing and every drawer broke the first year. Broken furnace first tume using it, broken fridge..constant tripped breakers with nothing plugged in and no apparent issues when they look. I thought boats were a bad investment.
I’m so glad we got a Rockwood Mini Lite 2507s….got ours from an awesome RV dealerhip. Shady Maple RV ,in Lancaster County Pennsylvania….we are brand new also.
@@garycotton Or, draw the big red circle with a diagonal line through it! Oh, yeah, put it on ALL of their stickers/ad's! Watch a LOT of the "GOOOOOD/EXCELLENT" YT presenters for some great pointers for enjoying your new experience and lifestyle! Y'all Be Safe
I would have done the same thing! You paid for a "quality" product & you should have it ALL THE WAY through the coach! Hope the follow through yields you more than favorable results!
The dealership service department rating is very important when purchasing a unit and I get that they need improvement on customer service. However, f your biggest issue is a crappy mattress, consider yourself lucky. The majority of RV mattress are expected to be replaced. Since you'll probably replace it anyway, just upgrade it now and move on. If you're not handy, the RV experience may not be for you as dealer warranty work is crap too.
Sad when you pay upwards of 40K on a tin box on wheels that they don't provide better equipment and you shouldn't have to be handy to enjoy an RV... for 40K, I expect it to run well for at least a year or two without issue.... it's not that complicated a machine after all!
Well, even with an orientation overview of the Coach, you are “downloaded/force fed” so much information, most newbys gloss over after 15 minutes 🤔😜 If they watch, (I know it’s been at least a year since the purchase/video), several walk thru videos, they should be fine. One of the more important issues is towing/hooking/setting up the pull vehicle with a weight transfer hitch/seven way connector, etc.

Good follow up. Dealers are mostly terrible. I stop dealing w mine. I have your model in a 2018.

Seeing this 2 years latter, how did your mattress issue turn out ?
Just took delivery of the exact same model last week, I’d better go and unwrap my mattress and check it out, thanx for doing the video, best of luck
A lot of dealers suck . Camping world, gander rv, general rv, rv one to name a few. Google them and see for yourself
