    3 ½ cups natural amaranth*, toasted and popped (kiwicha)
    1 ½ cup natural peanuts, unroasted and unsalted
    2 mangoes (Ataulfo)
    *Amaranth is also known as kiwicha (quihuicha), bledo, bleo.
    NUTRIENTS
    Mango is rich in beta-carotene (provitamin A) and potassium.
    Amaranth protein is of excellent quality as it has an almost perfect balance of amino acids.
