*What are Your Personal Top Barter Items you are the Most Concerned with for Trade when the Grid Goes Down?*
DropForgedSurvival booze and Ammo
@@danielblack8094 Definitely some good choices on our list for sure!
DropForgedSurvival so happy you replied lol, my girlfriend was asking why I was freaking out 😂 loved the video man! I love the prepping videos
Daniel Black Woohoo! Thanks for watching
DropForgedSurvival : WATER
I have been collecting survival books at thrift stores for years. Canning, dehydrating, cookbooks, edible wilderness plants, water purification/filtration, maps with resource locations, homesteading, Hanes auto repair manuals, home repairs, raising livestock, sewing, shed building etc...
Excellent stash to find after you never applied any of it lol.
Make copies...you may be able to barter it.
This! Knowledge is power.
Get a Chilton's for every vehicle that you own. Even if you do not do mechanics, someone does.
💯
I have 4 official military survival books !
Great list of items! One thing to clarify. The most important reason to store salt is not because it is a "seasoning", but because you will die without sodium. Salt (which is how we get sodium) is the most essential mineral your body needs and it can't make it. It is the main electrolyte. The next most important mineral is magnesium, then potassium and calcium.
You can get pills with all of the necessary vitamins and minerals. I guess it would go in the medication section though
True. And Himalayan crystal salt (the pink stuff for those who don't know), Celtic salt and some others contain minerals in the correct balance for all life. The stuff in the blue umbrella box is unhealthy and also not useful for pickling, canning, etc.
Thank you for the reminder, I’m making a list and my diet gives me the electrolytes but I have to have a backup way to get adequate amounts
Hey! You equalized the intro volume! Thanks dude! :)
Edit: I love that you're not squeamish about feminine hygiene products--it gets really old seeing grown adults act like they're something gross or icky. Big respect to you for that.
Thanks! I finally got a Lavalier mic! Been helping alot lately
Feminine pads good for first aid kit. Can cover bigger cuts and are sanitary
@@loispollis671 HOW can you tell if the pads are, in fact, "feminine"? I'd have thought they were 'gender neutral'?
@@dabbbles 😅🤭
Things so simple and basic, so often overlooked. Pure gold in tough times.
Absolutely
Yeah but you can't eat gold 🤣🤣🤣
White gold! Salt, Sugar and Flour!
I love how you have the perfect amount of enthusiasm in your videos so there not boring or annoying and I can actually watch them all the way through
Thanks alot!
Sometimes he jumps the shark,; Most times I agree with you on the balance in his Vids
Get some solar powered garden lanterns charge them outside during the day and free light at night, no batteries and no fire risk like candles
Alternative Perception we are doing that in Pensacola now
I’ve been doing this for years! I bought a whole box at the dollar tree store
Huh. That's a good idea. I would have never thought of doing that. Thanks for sharing the idea.
You can also use Always maxi pads for anything bleeding from cuts etc on your body
Kim Ellis Good Tip Kim!
Thanks I live on my ranch 70 miles to the closest hospital you have to ride in a helicopter if you get hurt where I live so I have to be useful with things
Yeah... That is a Thing.
YES
Add one more very important item
Sewing kits for barter (and your own preps)
If the catastrophe lasts long enough that you are planting and harvesting your own food; then your clothes are going to need repairs.
A well equipped sewing kit will be very helpful.
Yes. Often overlooked. But, very helpful. I love a liquid or glue stitch (stitch witchery) and an anti-fray as well.
Beef and chicken broth bouillon cubes! Make some hardtack biscuits and you can feed people cheaply.
Right on
It always baffles me how nobody talks about blankets, hot water bottles, gloves hats etc. It's all very well storing fuel to keep warm but there's few fuels you can burn indoors that are discreet
Underwear and socks are big on the want list, too. In an episode of FireFly they talk about everyone going commando and the rarity of underwear. They're also talking Chinese, so you never know when fiction will turn into reality. (I sure hope not - no offense to the Chinese people -- just don't want communism and the total control that is on the horizon.)
@@GrowmapThe CCP is different from the Chinese population as a whole
@@KToll5784 I agree. The Chinese people probably have almost no power over what the CCP imposes.
This video was great. So far through my bartering I have obtained 2 cows, 1 bull, 7 chickens, a car battery and my neighbors virgin daughter.
Hahahaha hard to find virgins these crazy days.......😜🤔😆😎
Way to go ! Ha ha ....kudos ...
You will need liquid meds if you need to customize a dose or give a dose to a child. Also Tang and other drink powders are great for mixing medication in (ex: antibiotics) and for making rehydration fluid so people will enjoy drinking it.
In addition to the baby supplies, I would suggest formula. In the medication area, I would include vitamins and an extremely important one would be Benadryl, it can save a person’s life if they are having an allergic reaction
Walmart has some cheap otc items for $0.88, like triple antibacterial cream, cortisone cream, imodium, allergy and more.
They are sell some cheap stuff for sure.
Dollar General in their dollar section has cheap meds also. I get 100 diphenhydramine (benadryl) for a dollar.
Appreciate how you listed books as a survival item. Lots of prepper channels are focused on the basics for physical well-being. Mental and emotional should be treated with equal importance, and this can be nourished through good reading and meditation (or prayer, if that's what you're about). Can sharpen your skills and your mind at the same time.
Also fun family board games to keep the family unit happy!
I've come to learn that TP would be the barter equivalent to gold 😂
You want my TP? Give me that COW 🐄!
Now it's dog food they're going after.
Ain't that some shit?! (pun intended) Here we were all our life worried about the wrong things. all that matters is, am I going to heaven and is my ass clean. 🤣🤣🤣
lmao
And coffee and tobacco
According to the manufacturer's, most alkaline batteries have a 5-10 year shelf life, but lithium batteries have a 10-20 year shelf (but cost more). I get both.
This video is awesome. I have been buying larger packages of everything. You are so right with buying the smaller items to barter with. I'll get busy on that. Thank you.
I’ve never been called a crack head for wanting some tea 😂, it’s a whole new world
Welcome to the Real World Jack A%%! lol JK. I have seen some nutty sugar addicts!
Tea contains caffeine... Yet you might not want to deal with sketchy people when shtf lol
LMAO
Just go to a Starbucks and behold.....they are like zombies until they get they’re $8 cappuccino, then they can’t shut up lol. Crackheads for sure
Have been stocking up at aldi and Walmart now have enough for one year have enough coffee and seasoning for one year god bless everyone
Buy salt in 50 pound sacks. Four or five at a time. Same with beans and rice. Buy Honey in 5 gallon buckets. Buy everything in quantity. It's not like you can't trade smaller quantities, but why would you want to pay WAY more per unit, for stuff you would trade?? You can put salt into ziploc baggies. You can put pretty much all this stuff in smaller packaging, so don't pay through the nose buying little packages of stuff. Unless you are just rich as all get out,, buy in bulk and save your pennies. Buy lots of ziploc baggies, and good tupperware type containers, and you'll have way way more stuff for each dollar spent.
And remember that walmart is anti 2nd amendment.
If you can macro prep and oxygen absorbers, sealed buckets, and vacuum sealed bags!!! Oh yes! Great idea
What the Fuck is an Amendment?
@@simoncenteno2755 really
I, too, have thought about how to pare down my bulk purchases into smaller containers for micro-trades. Ziploc bags of different sizes are good for many purposes. Canning equipment and cans can be used for other items such as flour, liquor, coffee, tobacco, salt, etc. Small plastic or glass bottles are easily purchased on Amazon, or if you are especially aggressive, you can bulk order them from overseas at great savings.
Imagine having a 64oz bottle of Jim Bean and handing out 4oz quantities in smaller bottles to eager folks. You could have potentially 18 trades for valuable items alone with this approach rather than 1 trade for the whole bottle. It adds up!
Ive never used tobacco
But i grow a few plants in fairbanks i can get 8" beautiful huge leaf plants..bugs dont touch it. use to make a TEA and spray the garden a natural bug killer
.thats why the indians gave it to the invadeing Sir Walter Raleigh. to get even. a zillion whites died allready from it... .dont spray tomotos.. im not a user but had folks try it..seems to satisfy their Need.but i cant smell this tobacoo burned in my house..its pure no extra 200 chemicals. probably trade able too..got few seeds on ebay. 4 Generations ago.now have millions .. stay safe.hg
Three of these items are not an option for me, but still great suggestions. Also, very clever buying the smaller packets of iteams for bartering! It's one of those "why didn't I think of that" things.
Logan Tidwell Actually me too. I give credit for those to my wife aka “The Outdoor Momma”
Nope. Dumb. I don't need small containers of salt of sugar, or stuff. If I want to barter, I will have bought the jumbo lot, and bartered off a small amount at a time in smaller containers as necessary!
I just feel so overwhelmed with the thought of all of this. Better to be prepared and super thankful for these videos. But it’s so scary.
Talk about relevancy. Hope we don’t get to this point but still good reminder.
True. But relevant
On the coffee, get the vacuum packed bricks. They stay fresh longer. Wipes are good for anyone during grid down to stay clean. I would trade tp one roll at a time, if at all. I am keeping mine. I would not trade batteries, but I would recharge them for barter with solar charger,. If the grid goes down, you don’t know how long it is out. I would not trade any staples, only services. Also, you could “rent” out your hand tools for other things as well. Go to yard sales and buy screw drivers, shovels, hand saws, etc - throw em in the attic - properly stored, they never go bad. Tools break - you could be your community’s hardware store.
My Top item Would be - " PEANUT BUTTER "
1) Does NOT Require Refrigeration.
2) Highly portable.
3) Lasts For Months OPEN. Lasts for years sealed.
4) High calorie & sustains The Body.
5) Easy storage
6) i Think Hand down Best Food For EMERGENCY / Survival !
A woman at my church who came from Venezuela said the best barter items are vegetable oil and gravy mix because both make food taste better.
Apparently weaponry has become a priority! Who knew that bullets & pistols would be impossible to find in Texas? I’m outside Dallas and the shelves have been empty for over a year.
I’ve learned how to process corn by using the nixtamalization and can use the corn for masa for tamales or corn tortillas. Process further for hominy. But I told my husband that we will have to deliberately cut down on calories to 1200-1500 a day because having big bellies will be a big giveaway that we have lots of food, lol!
Dude this vid is so informative most of the items are on point for having and just like home we always trade with our neighbors it usually be either food or services we all take care of each other....
jerry garcia Means alot Jerry
Speaking from firsthand experience, in the UK you want toilet roll and hobnobs (biscuits for dunking in tea).
Praying for you and your family. You will get through this hurricane❤️
He lives in Texas.....
lol
Bruh...... he lives in Texas. He's over 500 miles away from the hurricane 🤣😂😂🤣
I really love these kinds of videos. I live in Southeast Asia where typhoons are a common occurrence.
Karlo Concubierta Thanks Karlo
Steel wool to plug up holes around plumbing inlets. Stops mice from getting in .
Great list, but I would caveat and say that it would be more cost effective to look toward raw materials/ingredients because they are a bit more versatile etc: Chapstick = petroleum jelly, Drink mix = sugar, salt, magnesium, vitamin supplements etc
Be Nice! WE are all in this together❤
A few others for you to think about. Waterproof tape, pens and pencils, wool for knitting, sawing kits, toothbrushes and toothpicks, cheap spectacles, Vaseline, socks, gloves, warm hats. scrubbing brushes, mop heads, safety pins. I just though of these by thinking of what it in my local £ shop since i'm in England.
Pretty well covered I'd say, between this one and the last video. This might sound funny to some but stocking razors would be another out of the box item. Not everyone will want to look like they just spent the last 5 yrs on a deserted island. Looking forward to the next one. 👍
That is an awfully good point bud!
I have those and powder shave cream, just mix with a little water
They will quickly give up on shaving lol
Fox It Outdoors big lots had 10 4 blade for 2.00
If it’s a SHTF, I don’t want to be the one clean-shaven, fresh-looking guy. Instant target.
You should hit up demolition ranch he wants to step up his prepping game
Joseph Davies What video was that in?
@@DropForgedSurvival the last off the ranch video he put out
Matt also does Off the Ranch and Vet Ranch. It was on yesterday's off the ranch video. ua-cam.com/video/Sbvg3hlgJF8/v-deo.html
I don't know if you put it on any of your list, but having a map of various States I think should be a must, if not of every state including Mexico and Canada, you should definitely have one of your own state!
I work at Wal-Mart, I'm going to have to pick up some of these items thanks.
Right on. Glad you found this video helpful
@@DropForgedSurvival no problem bro
Awesome video! I'm sure barter items are low on most people's stock list, but with tariffs abounding and economic lows coming, even without a grid-down situation these tips can be useful. Thanks for the tips!
Here is the things.. I barter with friends and neighbors all the time!!! Practice helps
Plan on the US petrodollar being dethroned as the world's reserve currency, being replaced by Euros and a Chinese crypto currency (backed entirely by gold), and soon thereafter the U.S. will be embargoed 'til we squeak.
Ive got all that crap from just being a working man all my life. and being prepared. Good video Sir..dont forget some food.
Actually a very useful thing to just in general have for a SHTF situation, but also DEFINITELY for bartering, is anti-diarrheal medication. Think about just in general annoying it diarrhea is but even more so in a survival situation it can actually be life saving
i Found a Better Antidote / Solution for Food Poisoning & Diarea than Pepto bismol & chemicals.
answer is - Dry Bread ! Sourdough bread in particular. 1/2 slice of sourdough bread & You are good.
Don't ask me how i know !
works incredibly well.
What an Epic Video! Barter is the oldest form of trade and folks use barter all the time for good! Excellent topic!
Instant coffee can actually be a medical item. I get debilitating migraines from time to time. Caffeine and ibuprofen or acetaminophen are great headache medicines. I can't always wait for coffee to brew so I take 800 mg of ibuprofen and some No Doze (caffeine pills) and wash it down with some instant coffee. I keep some in all my first aid kit.
try the KETO or Carnivore Diet and Watch DR KEN BERRY on youtube. I used to have same issue. cured my issue which ended up being diet related.
DropForgedSurvival I’ll check it out
Anything with caffeine. People will go crazy without it.
Chapstick (and its cousin vasoline) also can be used to lube the threads of the small propane canisters: barter bundle.
This is old, but there’s one more item to go along with the cigarettes. Nicotine patches and gum is free!! You can get them for free, stock up. Those will be extremely valuable!!
Patty just ask your doctor for a prescription, they’re totally free. Or look online in your area, there’s usually programs you can sign up for to get them delivered to your house. I live in Vermont so it’s 802 quits. New York has NY quits or something like that. So search for something along those lines
Patty yeah I feel you there! You can also buy large bags or tobacco! And then by a ton of rolling papers. It doesn’t sound ideal, but in that type of situation you’ll be thankful you have it. And they’re fairly cheap. I get 6 ounce bags of tobacco for like 10$
Patty if it’s the same type of bags I get, they should be fine. But if you’re at all worried, store them in a freezer, that’ll guarantee freshness. That’s what I do, I have them all in a grocery bag in my freezer, so I can quickly just grab them and throw them in my go bag.
Patty thanks I’ll check it out
Patty yeah I wouldn’t be surprised. But it’s also been a good thing. I think normal people are starting to really see the possibility of a grid down situation. And that’s always a good thing. They might become better prepared!
Store lithium batteries not alkaline! Lithiums will last in storage for 10-15 years! Probably longer!
Lithium is longer lasting
Good to know
Lithium also has risk of fire. Store appropriately.
Do not forget about accumulators. You might want rechargable supply of batteries along with one-use.
cannabis and cannabis seeds will get you that cow!
Lmao I bet
🤣😂🤣...
🌿🐄
Yes!
Yes
Facts!
I really appreciate the job that you did with putting the items that are on your list. Some are common sense, but some I would have never thought about. Just as a hint the next time when you're doing your list and you have the writing up there, try to keep your hands out of the way. You already have the description underneath there just in case someone is trying to screen shot it so that they can write it down later thank you and great job on the video.
Lol Sorry. Im definitely a "HAND" talker.
i love these types of episodes. good stuff bud.
Thanks alot brother!
I'm from Texas as well. I've only prepped once, just before 2012. I'm very concerned on our future as an economy and I view prepping is an essential part of my life now. With that said is there any way you can message me off this UA-cam app for some extra tips? If not no biggie I'll continue watching your videos thank you and stay safe.
I have a two bags of hard candy in my barter stash (butterscotch and peppermint discs) as well as many of the other items you mentioned. Very good video
Candy does not store very well long term,
I’m so glad you mentioned condoms. Thank you. This is reality. If the grid goes down, for what ever reason, people are still gonna have sex. The lights should eventually come back on, but until then, CANT ADD A NEW ONE to the family! And disease. Thank you for touching on that.
A condom is a WATER CAN in your pocket too..a gallon or so..🤗
Dell Johnson that’s funny as hell, but for real, can they hold a gallon of water???
i cannot express how amazing you are you literally are THE BEST prepper on youtube thank you so much
That freeze dried ice cream sandwich is delicious by the way.
It definitely is
You did thank this out pretty good but one thang beer won't stay along as wine and hard liquor . And you forgot about knifes & tools you can trade for . Good video and job & info .👍👍👍👍🇺🇸😎
I didn't Forget Knives.. They didn't make my Top 30 Items. They would definitely make my Top 50 for sure.
I’m just making Toilet Paper my number one barter item. People must think you can improvise so I’ll trade it for all their food and supplies, lol.
Way to hustle
Buy some toilet paper coins from Amazon. I spent $35 for 500 coins that you wet with a spoonful of water and they fluff up like a baby wipe. They’re awesome! I can’t imagine storing a billion rolls of toilet paper, but the coins are perfect.
takes up to much space
Another great stock up type video! Not sure how much I'll be buying at Wal-Mart anymore though but...there's other good stores to hit up. Ty for the video!
BOBO MULLEIN WOLF Thanks brother
? how'd you make that plastic bottle shredder? what a great idea! LOVED your ideas here. New to you n sub'd straight away...the comments are off the hook helpful, too!!
Absolutely great video, the sad part is that I live in Brazil and the only things I can afford from this list are matches and candles, I guess Im already surviving haha
Lol, love that you have Sword of Truth series front and center in the books. 💕
Great Job, great Video, very informative. I am going out to buy a couple of cases of rum in pint and half-pint bottles.
Mark Crume Alcohol offers a ton of various uses outside of the obvious
Me too
Nice video! I remember during the aftermath of a hurricane in Puerto Rico. We ran out of TP. I would have paid gold for a roll. By the way, I didn't see any chocolate in this list.
Haha 😂 I slipped in condoms for yall this time
Hey, that's always in my list.
Glad you mentioned firewood! Been working hard to stock extra
Terry Goodkind is my absolute favorite author!
It is a great book series for sure.
Love this, especially your honey story! Priceless!
Thanks 😊
I cracked up at that too
I started to grow tobacco as a bartering tool and just in general. It's good to know what u put into it body.
Very strange seeing every shelf at Walmart plump full in the video. Ohhh man those were the days back in the old world. 😀
"Gimme a cow!" 🤣🤣
You know you dont have to trade an entire package of something a giant pk of tp take 1,2 or however many you wanna trade
You are not wrong
All of your items are great. I would refine or add
1. Iodized salt. The iodine prevents goiter--Not just plain salt
2. bleach/pool shock
3. a gas / kerosene container (empty for trade or give-away)
4. An extra tarp or two for barter
5. a give-away flashlight (NO not your Olight) but a cheapy
6. the feminine products and the diapers --- big thumbs up on that. (Might be better negotiated through your spouse; but good to have)
7. Folding hand fans- (It's July, humidity 80%, and all the neighbors are miserable!), a good give-away for future good will. like I'll give you two fans and a kerosene can, if you walk to get the kero, and I'll make some corned beef hash for us when you get back! lol
Solid Ideas for refinement!!
@@DropForgedSurvival I might substitute Bushmills for, the Jameson, but that might be a tad much
Folding hand fans - this is a regional thing, I'm in upper Maine so we never get warm enough to dream about needing this, I wish! Couldn't something else be used for this - cardboard, anything lying around. Not really a 'need'.
@@SirenaSpades True! cardboard coulb be used.
And up there in Maine, your Idea of "Heavy Frost" is 3" of snow!
For fire wood in the city, stock bags of the wood chunks that are used for meat smokers, they're already chopped, just be careful for use because they will smoke a lot.
I don't know if you still read your comments sir, but pads for bed bound/ill and incontinent adults, disposable gloves (you suggested the wet wipes) and if you buy puppy toilet training disposable ground sheet pads (I hope you understand what I mean?), you can place a couple of these under the bed bound person, when you do personal care/bed baths or if their pad leaks (or you make a mess cleaning them up) the bed keeps clean and dry. Ex-care worker, respect to all, JC
I agree with the majority of tour suggestions to items to barter, but I wonder about longevity of the barter items? IE how long will certain barter items last amongst others.
Depends on what folks choose to buy and how they store them.
Tootall Trucker you have to rotate your stock on things like batteries or things that may expire
'you want a packet of honey?, gimme a cow" bahahahahahahahahhaha....Fair dinkum mate, I don't know how your wife puts up with you? hahahaha you're a legend, love ya work.
Them extra small batteries are good for hearing aids
You can make homemade storm proof matches with cotton and wax
Aspirin and Tylenol is some number one sheet
Dollar tree drink mix
Honey syrup and peanut butter are the best calorie packer
Quick clot the ones for blood thinners is best
Trash bags lining inside your backpack
Paracord makes good boot laces not most shoes though
Hope you know how to make moonshine (apple pie is easy and tasty)
Heirloom seeds regrow
CLP and clothes for cleaning firearms
Thank you 😊
I was told to keep Batteries in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator , for longer life ! What do you think ? I nod when the greed goes down then No but until then !
Sweet vid man keep it up like how u do this great for the guy who doesn’t know how to start or what to really get and keep getting surprising how much people really don’t think about that would be good to have a stock pile of
There are way way way more great barter item... but these are my Top Personal Picks.
Great video man. Lots of people that I know that were fairly well prepped let things go after 2012. The world didn't end but it sure did change. We don't have to have a complete world collapse to need these things for our own personal emergency.
Don't barter ammo, that could get you killed. I wouldn't barter Toilet Paper either. Anything to do with your HYGIENE or your bathroom business I think I would keep. You need to stay as clean as you can to stay HEALTHY and to ward off DISEASES. And you don't want to barter alcohol either, again the dead thing. Be careful you don't barter yourself out of supplies. I think your best barter item is. KNOWLEDGE.
Remember what you use to barter with you might need later depending on how long the SHTF for. So is there such a thing as ENOUGH of something. . BUT KNOWLEDGE IN MY OPINION IS NUMBER 1. Teach people something that will help them for the rest of there lives. And they could teach someone the same thing. But this might be my list if I were to make one.
1. Feminine products to stop wounds from bleeding. Or a female needs it.
2. Anything a baby would need.
3. Super glue for closing wounds.
4. Tape. Any kind.
5. Clothes that don't fit.
6. Shoes that don't fit.
7. Maybe Candle if you purposely bought extra for that reason.
8. Playing Cards.
9. Some tools if you have several extra.
Like I have 15 hammers so I could barter some.
10. Barter services, Like Charging Batteries. Or other items. Or Fixing things.
11. Maybe some hardware items.
12. Toys.
13. Chocolate
14. Lighters.
15. Maybe a pocket knife if you have a lot of them.
16. Matches.
17. 20 to 30 ft. Of fishing line. You don't want to barter a whole spool away at one time.
18. Canned food you don't like.
19. Trash bags if you bought extra for bartering.
20. Winter items if they are to small and you live in that kind of climate.
21. Small medical supplies like Bandaids, or Triple Antibiotic Ointment,
Whatever you feel you can spare. Or if you bought extra for bartering.
My wife and I have bought a lot of extra items to barter with. But after reading some comments and thinking about it. We might need those extra items depending on how long SHTF lasts.
I would say just be careful what you barter. Because now people will know what you have to a certain extent. And that can be very dangerous and bring unwanted attention to you and your group.
Agreed! Would not barter anything firearm or defense related items. Even hunting gear would fall under great scrutiny.
Very smart preparation. Trade or barter is king in a down term situation where money means nothing
I love that liquor shelf.
It is a nice collection.
We live in Vegas so we’ve gotten lots of liquor bottles from casinos and have given away several cases throughout the years but NO MORE, lol!
You can also get packets of honey from fast food places when they ask if you want condiments.

Something that opened my yes for barter is making hygiene kits for family members to travel. Since there were different sexes and ages things got interesting.
Oh cool. Books, games and toys. That's what I recommended in your last vid. Nice
You certainly made a great suggestion. Even though I filmed both these episode 2-3 weeks ago. But that does not take away from your valuable input at all! Keep them coming!
@@DropForgedSurvival I've got another barter idea but it's a bit in bad taste and I don't want to offend anybody. Nothing terrible of course just a bit low brow.
Panty hose. They make great filters and there are many uses for panty hose. Emergency cordage is one. Very light and take up very little space. We made fishing nets out of them when we where kids.
I have a feeling alcohol tobacco and weapons will be the top 3 items
And drugs
Just found you channel it's amazing and I adore it! Thank you great content. Could you tell me the brand and or about the small gold packet you showed? Wondering where to get that? Thank you so much- Tara Trimble
Depending on where you live, your local coin shop. I'm in Arizona, there is no sales tax and there is no record of the purchase. The coin shops know me as, hey you. But they know me. The online dealers don't offer a personal relationship and purchases are online and accessible to hackers and your friendly government. Precious metals on eBay is risky. There are a lot of crooks and shady characters. Do your research, know the spot price and understand premiums. Metals aren't really an investment, but a long term preservation of wealth.
You don't even need hot water to make coffee with those single packs.
Just dump the tube into a plastic bottle with cold water and shake.
They are expensive.
But they dissolve exceptionally well in cold water.
Sa!t can also be used as an antibacterial, antiseptic agent.
I have a nice stockpile of games, dice, cards and books of games. I have a good selection of science fiction, cookbooks, wildlife books, camping , woodworking and medical .
Thank you! I thought of a few of these, but you're good! :)
Watch the cordage. Some of that stuff that looks like 550 Paracord isn't. Some of it's barely rated at 100 lbs. Why does that bottle of Capt. Morgan look used?
So here we are about 3 months into COVID. Here the shelves got cleaned out in the stores. At my house, we hunkered down and waited. We are still "riding the wave" and are ahead of the game. I think it'd behoove anyone if they are behind on this, to get w the program. One night 1 am my loved one's air compressor went out on the O2. This was dire. The technician came to the house and fixed the oxygen machine. I gave him 2 wrapped TP's...he was thrilled. He'd been to all of the stores locally...and there was nothing. Now if I need this tech, I figure he'll be out no problem. The one item I'm not seeing in preppers is a simple Fats and Oils...this is going to be gold.
Unless it’s for your own consumption, to barter or so I would definitely go with the cheapest whiskey there is a robot girl what ever the case may be. Booze which may not be the Brandon somebody would normally drive because it’s not all created equal it is so booze and I appreciate anything that They can borrow or buy for. Great video thank you.
Tools should be on there to
Ryan MACK They would make my Top 50 but not my top 30
Just don't get anything from China....there's enough bad stuff from there already, isn't there.
