According to Miss world insider and historian Julio Rodriguez Matute, it was never mentioned that marji and Evangeline were tie, the closest result in Miss world was in 1992 when only 1 vote separated the winner from the runner up. Also it is stated in the article Miss World 1973 History that the Morley's never offered the crown,nor the duties to Evangeline when marji was fired, they also confirmed that when marji was dethroned the miss world throne remained vacant until the next election of miss world and the duties wasn't offered to any of the runners up.

Evangeline must be lying. The Morley's themselves confirmed that after Marjorie Wallace was fired the crown and duties wasn't offered to any of her runners up.
The story that it was offered to Evangeline and she refused it, then later offered to miss Jamaica Patsy Yuen was a fake news, invented by the camp (manager) of Evangeline pascual those days. The Morley family confirmed this

Add note... Marjorie Wallace wasn't pregnant or had a child back then. Maybe you're referring to miss world 1974 Helen Morgan who was dethroned for being a single mom
