Thailand has a lot of tourist attractions. All regions of the country, forests, mountains, seas, the best accommodation, great views, if you come to Thailand, you will definitely not be bored. welcome
This is a part of Chiang Mei I spent a good deal of time in. A little further south west of this in Padmavan but it was very much the same with that view of the mountain! You can understand why I am so desperate to get back there. It is truly where my heart lies. And your thanks at the end of this beautiful video was very kind Paddy. I only wish I could do more as a thanks to you for all your blood sweat and tears you have put into these wonderful videos Paddy. Can't wait to share a pint! Be safe and travel well my friend.

Sawadee Paddy! Sorry for the late reply as I'm still watching your episodes I kind of found you late but things happen for a reason and thank Buddha I ran across and found you. I was born in Korat and moved to the US with my mom after the Vietnam War ended at age 2. I did go back and re visit family with my mom at age 12. She has since passed and she wasn't able to go back as planned and I have lost all contacts with relatives. Wife and I are were planning to get out there before COVID and here we are waiting for the world to re open. We are still doing our homework and is how we found your channel. Your travels are amazing and you kind of remind me of my personal journey. I feel like I'm traveling alone doing things on my own since my mother passed. Thanks a lot for introducing me to the song "pandemonium". I have been hooked on this song.

@@Ron-rk6iz Most air pollution now comes from Myanmar to Chiang Mai when they burn thier rice fields in dry season. The hot spot from Satellite shows every years.

Ok, still working my way through your Thailand series, but this is my favourite. Our plan is to rent in Chiang Mai, or nearby, when we retire and see more of SE Asia (where I did grow up and have visited often since). This place is definitely on the bucket list. Amazing view all around the house.. just like you own the mountains and the misty clouds! I had a bit of experience in Cheng mai city in 1985, people are friendly, food is great.. a real tourist destination.

@@mr.wanderer513 Chiang Dao is very nice place to explore around except on summer time (February until May) because fully of smoky very dirty in the air the farmers they burning for farming and smoke come from Myanmar too.

OMG, I grew up in Estes Park, it is so funny to hear someone say that on a travel video from Thailand, it's a small world. I was in Thailand for a month in 2020, I was in the Chiang Mai and Krabi areas.

Really nice Temple way up on the Mountain Top. Also have a Cave Temple which is kind of cool. Many people used to hid in the Caves during all the wars way back when.
