Looking fwd to face the V2 against new Stelvio which looks so attractive and promising.
Do think that the V2 is good for first motorcycle? I have had motorbikes since I was kid but the “biggest” was a 250cc XR.
MS has a great motor, I have the HyperMotard 950 and its good to go.
Really sexy bike, when I was sitting on it with my hight 188 cm my legs did not feel comfortable around tank. Not enough space for legs for me.
Considering as next bike but heard in city and traffic on small revs jumps a lot and is not smooth, does not like lower revs...
V2s got an desmo mechanism or already like v4s granturismo without desmo?

You missed the cost of maintenance. Not specific to the model, but to the brand...
I understand that this Multistrada is effectively a very tempting proposal from Ducati as a manner of entry the Brands world in what concerns to multi purpose style of bike and this twin engine response is wild but controllable which ads interest on the option itself. For 2024 they’re launching a new color scheme, the Thrilling Black. That’s a stunning beautiful paint job.
But for me the absence of death angle visual warning on the mirrors is unacceptable, even the S version- which is more € 3.300,00 than the normal version- doesn’t offer it.
The s version gives you Cruise control but not adaptive, no radar, to sum it up. And then if you see it cautiously, with panniers and a better aftermarket windshield, it’s getting very close to the V4 pvp…You have to really value the performance of the Testastretta engine. ✌🏻✌🏻
do your research well before buying. Rear brake master cylinder often blows due to exhaust heat, engine heat is crap in any warm weather, exhaust valves sticking, fuel sender units go faulty, front fork seals, electronic suspension especially get many faults, clutch master cylinder requiring frequent bleeding, electronic faults, engine faults and of course, the notorious desmo service. This bike is a financial and a safety trap. All of the above mentioned, and many more not mentioned are well documented. Hello Tracer 9GT+
None of this is true !
4 year warranty, 15 k km service and 30k km valve adjustment. It may cost less to run than a Yamaha.
I have a Yamaha and the cost of ownership is extremely low, basically is only oil change. But I am tempted by a Multistrada because some of my friends ride Ducati. The quality of the Yamaha is superb, nothing fails after 27,000 kms, so it’s not an easy decision.
I don't believe any of that as my brother got one and did not have any issues with the bike. I have Ducati multistrada 950 on a 2017 plate and I have had it since 2018 not had any issues.
I have owned a V2s for 2yrs & 12k and it’s been faultless. Do your homework first 😂
