    This is so good. The everyday phrases and words are exactly what is needed. I find it shway difficult to keep up with the speed but I know it will be easy to get used to.
    Thanks for sharing your morning with us Rana. Greetings from Australia 😊

    Fantastic! Thank you for taking the time to teach us in a practical way. I spent a summer in Lebanon and studied Arabic at NDU in Louaize back in 2003 and I'm still trying to learn, haha! Watch all the subtitled Netflix series out there and happened upon your video and it is SO helpful!

      ❤️ I am so glad you like it!! This is the main reason I started making such videos. I know that my students are fed up with Netflix shows so here I am ... I love that you are keeping up with practicing Arabic. Cheers for that

      Hi Sigrid,
      I would also love to have thw subtitles optional but when I did so, my follower didn't know how to switch them on so I had to do this.
      I am glad it's helpful though

    Hello Rana! I am thinking about to learn arabic and in my opinion the levantine dialect sounds the best. My question is, if i am going for it, will the rest of the "arabic world" understand me?

    • @caraluvi
      @caraluvi 2 роки тому +4

      Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt and Irak will.

    • @arabicwithrana
      @arabicwithrana  2 роки тому +2

      @Richard
      Of course all the Arab World will understand you :))
      But you will not be able to speak other dialects without knowing the differences.
      But again, we understand each other speaking our own dialects.

    • @arabicwithrana
      @arabicwithrana  2 роки тому +1

      @Alfonso
      People from all around the Arab World will understand him.
      An example:
      I understand Egyptian and Egyptians understand us. We understand Moroccan, and vice versa.

    Marhaba Rana, I love the videos where you talk about everyday life. That's what we need. I noticed 3nkun can mean both About you (pl) or you all have ( pl.). Is that right?

    • @arabicwithrana
      @arabicwithrana  2 роки тому

      Shukran kteer Abel 🤩
      You are right somwhow, let me explain more.
      About you (pl): 3ankon
      You all have: 3ndkon
      But sometimes people remove the "d" from the word (3ndkon) so it will be the same ... This is not right of course and sometimes Arabs don't like it, so better to use the d, but it could be deleted from others speech.

    • @abeldelarosa5760

      Hi Zain,
      Sorry for not answering immediately.
      The meaning is: the only thing that makes the person...
      il shi = the thing
      el-wa7eed = the only
      Yalli = that
      by5alli = makes
      il wa7ed = a person, the person, someone
