Nick Diaz is an inspiration to me..💯💯👊🏼👊🏼 I grew up from a sour environment and I feel like we both have the same mentality being Real and loves to fucking fight.💯 Thank you Diaz brothers for being an authentic role models 💯💯👊🏼👊🏼
One of my favorite Nick Diaz moments of all time, was when he won against BJ Penn and is pacing back and forth in the octagon screaming “where you at George?! Where you at Mother F*cker?!”..not in strikeforce, I know but still legendary! Lol.
9 of those were finnishes. And if you count gomi as you should he was on a 14 fight winstreak. And yea 15 because he won against Condit. With the new rules Condit would never ever have won that fight, Mr. babie leg kicker...they even made a mocking highlight film of condits kicking in the diaz fight. I think he didn't loose a fight for 4 or 5 years that some mad impressive stuff. Nick in his prima was a bad mother F$#@$er
This man deserves some form of compensation. He couldn't fight for most of his prime because he used a "drug" that more than half of the fighters use while other guys made a career out of abusing PEDs
@@dr.loomis4221 which rule says that they have to give such ridiculous penalties? They could have just fined him 1500 dollars and given him a 1 month suspension if they wanted to lmao, the commissions have discretion with stuff like that
It's so impressive how he kept moving forwards and even raised the pace after Zaromskis and Dailey both almost knocked him out. Or how straight and dominant he went through Shamrock. For some reason he couldn’t reach this high level ever in the UFC.
His insane level of awareness and comfort within the fight certainly took him to a new level. Deciding to punch body or head as he’s throwing the strike. Good stuff
@Joe Deadfinger We are talking about nick diaz 26-9-2, how is that losing half the fights.. And he was facing dangerous and good opponents from the beginning. No padding to his record, like khabib who has like 16 fights with tomato cans
Nick must have fists of granite; most of his combos have the intent to just touch his opponents, and with these his opponent either have no answer, are on baby giraffe legs, or drop to the mat. Dude's got serious power.
It's just accumilation, the body can handle one solid punch a lot better then 50 at 50% power over and over again because they don't just rock you like a normal punch, several guys inclusing GSP says fighting nick makes you feel claustrophobic because he's constantly in your face and those punches are constantly hitting you it really wears you out
@@0326Vet it’s that and it’s also shot placement. He’s landing on the chin and temple every time and he’s able to be much more accurate since he’s not swinging full force. Much more controlled and measured.

Favorite fighter of all time. Never backed down and held his own against two of arguably the best ever in GSP and Silva. Don't want to hear that GSP humped him the whole fight. They were both afraid to stand up and fight Diaz.
GSP had to hump him the whole fight. He stood with Diaz early and got rocked. GSP fought to minimize risk, he took the fight to a place where he had an advantage. That's why GSP is a GOAT. He understood that if he boxed with Diaz he would lose, so he didn't.
@@santinomireles3790 True GOAT finds the way to win. He didn't play into his opponents strength, and won with little risk. Fedor is the HW GOAT, but lost to Matt Mitrione and Dan Henderson on the feet because of the risks he took. GSP is the WW GOAT, if you don't think so, you're delusional.
I wasn't into mma while Nick was a stand out. But man after seeing this him and Nate fight just like each other. That "stockton slap" putting in work. They crazy good on their feet and it's scary that they are just as good on the ground.

@Joe Deadfinger exactly that is why I like him. We both know the real Gracie's are pieces of shit
nate's jiujitsu is better than nick's i think but nick's muay thai is better than nate's
It is a thing of beauty. He might not get in any GOAT-Conversation, but his cardio, Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu is phenomenal
It's always trippy hearing Gus Johnson in strike force after hearing him commentate football for so long. Gus Johnson is legendary.
The show that Nick and Cyborg put on was legendary, and that's all I have to say about that.
Did he broke his arm?
Also flipping off and swearing at Chris ringside as he celebrated his win over her husband at that time.
Lol ok gump
These fights were legendary. My favorite has to be the one with Paul Daley.
My the Santos Fight the leg kicks he tock are crazy
Started following mma/UFC 5 years ago so Nick was before my time. Watching these replays of Nick's fights, I see what the recent buzz is about.😱
Yeah same buddie ...I was aware of him never really questioned where. He went ...but now I know
Miss these days. Glad I grew up watching this. Witnessed greatness!
Man half these kids don’t even know about the T-shirt days lol. Had a kimbo tap out shirt I loved
@@bigtrav920 LMAO I had a tap out shirt and pants. I still have the pants.
Strikeforce Diaz was unstoppable
His punches look like he’s barely trying to throw at all but then his opponent slowly begin curl. Them body shots are so effective when your throwing so much right in your opponents face.
Gives me so much joy that this legend is finally getting his recognition.

LETS GOOOO
OG fans know how incredible Nick was as a fighter. Both on the feet and on the ground. Just glad he's back man.
@@scladoffle2472 na MMA different than other modern sports since its relatively young. The OG fans are alive and kicking. When MMA was still considered a blood sport and seen as a fringe type of thing they watched. Now UFC is mainstream and a billion dollar league, nothing wrong with that, just respect to the pioneer fans. Respect the OGs.
@@brownjatt21 watching a sport before it was popular isn't worthy of respect. You have a low bar for giving out respect 🤣

The Diaz Brothers are legends straight savages they'll fight anyone at any place at anytime
Easily best Strikeforce champion of all time!
Cyborg was but as far as men, I’m saying Gilbert Melendez was

Hey! We already have a zombie in mma
no that's direspectful to Nick
Nick Diaz is an inspiration to me..💯💯👊🏼👊🏼 I grew up from a sour environment and I feel like we both have the same mentality being Real and loves to fucking fight.💯
Thank you Diaz brothers for being an authentic role models 💯💯👊🏼👊🏼
Diaz brothers are the most entertaining fighters I've ever watched hands down. You know there will be a fight if one of them is in the octagon.
"You know there will be a fight if one of them is in the octagon." soooo true!! lol! they both fantastic!!
One of my favorite Nick Diaz moments of all time, was when he won against BJ Penn and is pacing back and forth in the octagon screaming “where you at George?! Where you at Mother F*cker?!”..not in strikeforce, I know but still legendary! Lol.
For the new fans who dont know. Nick Diaz was on a 11-0 fight win all the way up till the condit fight 😂 Nick is a finisher
And they weren't chumps
That armbar finish was a thing of beauty 💚😍
yea can't wait and see this promo
ua-cam.com/video/GBf2dFTYyz8/v-deo.html
Diaz is one of the last real OGs of the fight game left 💪 The Original BMF
I miss this Nick. He is such a legend inside the octagon. Hope he finds himself one more time and gets a fat check. Goes out in style!
Crazy boxing! Nick Diaz always will be king!💪🏼👊🏼💪🏼🤜🏼💥
This man deserves some form of compensation. He couldn't fight for most of his prime because he used a "drug" that more than half of the fighters use while other guys made a career out of abusing PEDs
Fax man shits not fair at all
@Joe Deadfinger maybe some chicken Nuggets or something.
Thr rules were the rules....he has no one to blame but himself
@@dr.loomis4221 which rule says that they have to give such ridiculous penalties? They could have just fined him 1500 dollars and given him a 1 month suspension if they wanted to lmao, the commissions have discretion with stuff like that
@@Mrraerae I think that it's very simple. If a person tests positive, he can only fight someone who also tests positive. And maybe two at once.
Nick's always been one of my faves. So fun to watch!
and remember kids nick is a jiu jitsu fighter !!! Living legend

Good stuff
Nicks punches remind me of a pissed off cat, short rapid punches. And I mean that with all due respect. NDA!!
It's funny that Diaz looks like a lion, look at a picture of his face. kkkkk
Nick defintely has something of a lion, even in his facial traits
Iknow what you mean theresa
I always thought he threw lots of volume, but most of his punches didn’t have power, until I saw the faces of his opponents, which said otherwise.
I remember watching all of this when it actually happened! Great run & Nick was feared at this time & still is today!
That was amazing, this boxing style is so badass, more and more always coming and then those body shots! Damn! Legend
Nick DEFINITELY has the record for most High School KOs in US History
The way nick Diaz stares at you and says "what" is the most iconic thing ever.
Lol first thing it pans to is Nick telling Frank "C'mon bitch!"
This version of Nick Diaz could beat anyone in any era. Iron chin, insane pressure and cardio, and lethal on the ground. Easily his best years. Imagine what this version of Nick would do to Conor at 170 - murder.
He was fighting bums you whopper. Can you imagine him against Usman...... Usman would absolutely destroy him
This version on Nick was sent to Strikeforce after losing to Diego Sanchez..
@@DANNY-bv7od wdym bums lmao, the man fought the elite of the elites
@@DANNY-bv7od yeah Usman and GSP, potential goats could probably beat him. But these were not bums. He went around promotions fighting the toughest fighters. Sport was just different at the time kid. But you wouldnt know you started watching in 2020 you probably think the sports called ufc
@@nicumecu3116 Bullshit. Nick Diaz lost to Sanchez in 2005 when he was 22. He didn’t fight in Strikeforce till 2009 when he was 26.
Man I'm so happy I got to see Nick and Nate both fight....these guys will never be forgotten....it's actually funny how so many fools use to hate them....they were always real and true, this eventually is and what has made them so famous and likeable.
I remember watching all these fights live Nick diaz will always be my favourate fighter there was nobody like him back then now everybody is like that man was ahead of his time!!!
His pace is just impossible to keep up with. You have to wrestle him or get on your bike like Condit did
May of lost but the grit and determination from shamrock to bite down on his mouth piece and last that long👌🏻nothing but respect
Yes they let him get his ass handed to him
Gus Johnson can literally do any sport and have me more interested than I’ve ever been
Facts bro got energy for days
His voice invokes excitement. He's the goat
What a fucking legend, diaz brothers have the pure fight in their dna, never has a bored fight
LOL @ 5:32 you can see Nate In the back throwing up the west side sign when nick lands that absolute bomb on Zaromskis
I love the respect shown for Nick In the comments much deserved and definitely earned. Legend.
@@philcoats6812 the true Goat would be able to stand up with anyone.
@@philcoats6812 I bet you believe khabitch is the lightweight goat as well
@@santinomireles3790 I don't think LW is clear cut, Khabib didn't do enough imo to cement himself above everyone else.

I wasn't into mma while Nick was a stand out. But man after seeing this him and Nate fight just like each other. That "stockton slap" putting in work. They crazy good on their feet and it's scary that they are just as good on the ground.
My God this man seriously is one of the all time Greats in the WW devision
