Poland's Solidarity crumbled Communism first, that caused the domino effects all over the Soviet Block leading, among others, to the fall of the Berlin Wall. Enigma was first solved by Poles, yet before the war, and given to the French and then Brits who worked on it further. They hired Turing when Germans upgraded Enigma and the Polish algorithm no longer worked. Turing improved the method. Without Poles the Brits wouldn't even think of hiring Turing. Poland hired mathematicians while Brits, up to that point, hired military code breakers. Poland saved Vienna when it was occupied by the Ottoman Empire. I'll paste you links to relevant vids.

4:20 *NO* In Poland there are not any LGBT free zones. It is very sad stereotipe startet by Polish LGBT activist Bart Staszewski that made progect called "LGBT free zones". He rode around the Poland and he made series of photos in many Polish cities with him and sign "LGBT free zone". This sign was made by his own. Then he went abroad and took part in to the pro LGBT organizacions meetings and send a road that there are LGBT free zones in Poland. He made it just because of his paranoia that LGBT free zones will come true in the future, but his anty Polish desinformacion action successfully created a mith about "LGBT free zones" in Poland.
You forgot to add that some local "radni" really proclaimed LGBT free zones in their small constituencies. Although it was just a pretentious act that in reality didn't change anything, that was what started the thing and not any LGBT activist.
Like the other comment said: you can see the actual list of provinces and even some voivodeships who declared themselves as so, and many politicians from PiS pronounced their applause for this. Ofc there's no legal power, so in practice it meant absolutely nothing, but it's not any "anty Polish desinformation", and he had the right to be concerned.
@@leno_o17 Yes, the LGBT-free zone was supported as an idea by a few PiS provocateurs from several Polish voivodeships in a media declaration, not a formal one (no one even considered legal consideration of this "project"). Generally, these zones were a media tool and a few mustachioed PiS members supported this idea mainly to spite activists (we know well what "level" the political debate is in Poland). However, since leftists like to consider themselves persecuted, activists have already found an opportunity to denigrate Poland in this topic. They finally found something juicy, some topic that they can press and publicize to the whole world to say "LOOK! We are fighting the anti-gay regime! It really exists! What we are doing makes sense!" Due to his action, the EU withdrew funding from several Polish voivodeships at that time, and Poland was labeled a homophobic country that persecuted gays. That's right! My friend who is gay, when he goes to Germany, he is treated like a hero and he is constantly asked if he is not afraid of persecution because he lives in the "LGBT-free zone" marked on the map of Poland. Some people also ask about Polish concentration camps for gays (not death camps, but concentration camps, i.e. those that lock up a specific group of people, isolating them from society). To sum up, Bart Staszewski's social project "LGBT-free zones" very strongly promotes anti-Polish propaganda created by the hysteria of an activist who did not like the words of PiS MPs about gays. There has been no law on such zones anywhere, even on the initiative of far-right politicians. Bart Staszewski simply decided to write a fairy tale about the persecution of gays and concentration camps in Poland, which resulted in a negative image of Poland abroad and the withdrawal of EU funds for some voivodeships in Poland.
@@VULNERO29 It wasn't just a media declaration. There were formal votings in many places. Of course, in practice they changed nothing as the Polish administrative courts pronounced them illegal but the LGBT community in Poland was justified to feel concerned and I'm not surprised an LGBT activist made a project around it. If you don't want to tarnish Poland's opinion in the West don't vote for homophobes. And seriously, if a province regrets losing EU founding they can only blame themselves when they voted in such a stupid law. What made them think they could stigmatise people without bringing any harm to themselves?
@@sylwiatime As you can see, even the "party" right-wing PiS courts found the projekt illegal. It would have ended there, but the activists decided to create a shitstorm, thanks to which even more people found out about this idea than they should have. Poland illegally lost a lot of money from the EU, strongly rooted myths about Polish concentration camps for gays were created, activists got attention and money from new fans, the media had another tool to divide the nation (left-wing and right-wing), so they ultimately gained from LGBT-free zones only activists, and only Poland and each of us lost. Now think about who is doing more harm to our country and Poles in general.

There were: the president of Poland Lech Kaczyński his wife Maria and the whole polish delegation with the generals and the most important people in the country, total of 96 people. They were going to Katyń to an event commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Katyń Massacre. A lot of people believe that it wasn't just an accident. That land is somehow cursed for Poles... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smolensk_air_disaster en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katyn_massacre The first videos after the crash: ua-cam.com/video/-DbLgBifsTU/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/QUsnyYrHE3I/v-deo.html That was the president that died in this crash, Lech Kaczyński: ua-cam.com/video/6s6UN2KH-xM/v-deo.html He said once after Russia attacked Georgia - "And we know it well, that today it's Georgia, tomorrow Ukraine, after that the Baltic states, and then maybe it will be (the Russians will invade) my country, Poland..." There are a lot of weird things about this plane crash, like for example mysterious deaths of people that knew something about it and many many more.
And even more people know it was an accident. And if anyone's to blame for taking so many high ranking officers and politicians on the plane and pressuring the pilots to land in dangerous circumstances that would be Kaczyński himself.

LGBT-free zone was a stupid idea of Polish brainless coservative city councillors in some cities. They started to declaring LGBT-free zones.

What we are doing makes sense!"
Due to his action, the EU withdrew funding from several Polish voivodeships at that time, and Poland was labeled a homophobic country that persecuted gays.
Now think about who is doing more harm to our country and Poles in general.
trzeba mieć więcej Polaków tutaj XD

And even more people know it was an accident. And if anyone's to blame for taking so many high ranking officers and politicians on the plane and pressuring the pilots to land in dangerous circumstances that would be Kaczyński himself.

I watched a few of your videos about Poland, I want you to record an episode about the song "Rammstein Deutschland". You said that Germany changed after the war and this song is clearly Nazi, nationalist. There is a translation on Genius Lyrics. Make a second video about people from Sachsen, because I don't understand some things. You yourself wrote a comment under one video "But please not somebody from sachsen or thuringen" Are these people so mentally backward? why do they hate Germany because they earn less money than Germans in the West in the same companies why is this so? Are these people any different? have Nazi views? I don't understand a lot of things, I would like you to explain them. I worked in Sachsen myself and encountered strange people and strange unpleasant situations.
