- My first run and it is extremely bad, but that is expected. Idk how much I'll care about this version of the game.
Ideally I would have gotten the Power Bomb in Fiery Shores early, but I haven't practiced that trick enough to want to do it in runs.
Anyway with this route I can save like maybe 10 - 15 mins on this run lol
I play with the Pointer control scheme using a Pro Controller

I watched your trilogy run last night and it blew my mind
really good and fun to watch, the flaaghra fight amazed me I haven't seen that before. I just imagined you getting the game and instantly watching what tricks are still possible haha

Nicely done. I speedrun 2D metroid games but this makes me want to try to learn this as well

Huh, so dashes aren't _completely_ useless in the remaster. Good to know, though I still hope that if Randovania gets remaster support it'll also restore some of the tricks that were possible in the GC version.
Well there's already cheats and stuff the re-enable scan dashing on remastered so it's not out of scope
whats that skip on hall of elders at 1:48:08? im having a hard time getting the proper height in morph ball. do you have to push forward against the wall?
Wow! You beat the any% wr with a 100% run! With your skill level, any% could probably go under two hours. You should try it.

ok so ice beam damages ridley last phase most and if you shoot on metroid prime essence by re-triggering instead of all in, it keeps creating puddles of phazon or how can I understand that?
I am wondering the same thing. Not sure how that works.
The way I shoot essence is called attack cancelling. By shooting right before it attacks, I can interrupt its attacks and make it lay pools faster.

Everything thing is already scanned. So it's 100% cheat run
