i had one of these in soft but it caused bad neck pains.. pillow didnt matter.. : (
I’m not getting a high point firm but a soft delivered tomorrow so a little nervous lol Had a TempurPedic medium adapt that was too hard for side sleeping so hoping this will be perfect.

Thank you so much for your review! You have the best videos on mattresses! How would you compare this to the Serta iSeries 3000 in regards to comfort and quality? I tried this High Point and the Serta 1000 in the store, but haven’t tried the 3000 because they didn’t have it. Thanks in advance!
