I suggest that begin with step 1 by modeling of the project then proceed to step 2 detailing so we can easily follow...

Also, there is one suggestion. Mirror the side bars of columns on diaginal coeners, and it will place it extactly on the other sides. I used to do that in AutoCAD.

Isnt there option to make array of bars. I used to make array of main bars in autocad then explode it and remove the bars at centre and leave the ones on corners and sides.

Go to visibility graphics ,find structural rebar and change color of lines for surface...you can save the settings as template and reuse
