First Potatoes

Very first mechanized potato field with T-16 tractor. I have done potatoes in my childhood but only manually (bad memories from that time...).

seeing this brings back memory from childhood when we used to do the same now we use polish two row planter with t-25 tractor.

@@hrz4x4 you must have different implements to mount under the frame it's neat you look at it from above with a set of arrows at the back you could eliminate the tires track

Exactly. It's a perfect tractor for row crops. Another very popular row crop tractor here is the eastern Germany Fortschritt RS09. It has 20+ implements from the factory. But the RS09 is already very old and the newer T-16 is more commonly used in small potato growing etc.

Був мого діда, потім тата, потім продали. Але шукав ключ стартера замка зажигания на мтз і через 15 років мені спрезентували ключ саме від того трактора)))

Здравствуйте, в году первый раз попробовал также посадить как у вас, нарезал гряды еще выше ваших, культиватором для международной обработки, раскидал картофель между грядами, культиватор 5 корпусов, трактор т25, не стал рисковать, закопал граблями вручную, подошло время всходы травы прополоть, решил что овощных борон будет достаточно, вроде посчитал что глубоко посадил, а 4 см борон оказалось достаточно чтобы вывернуть траву вместе с картофелем на верх, а как вы полите первые всходы травы???
