You want to "take back" Kosovo but not to give Vojvodina back… Serbian double standards. Supporting Russians government but half of Serbians are living in UE coUntries or Switzerland… no one forced people like you to come here.
So first at all,you probably not Nikola Petrovic,if you are ,then you wouldnt leave the negative comment about kosovo and serbia ,as a serbian you should know that kosovo always was part of Serbia so i dont see what's wrong if serbs try to fix that.in the same time is very questionable who is Ksenia because she is causing unrest in Serbia with her untrue blog posts when explaining the relationship between Russia Serbia,it seems like she tries to cause animosity between two peoples, her blog was definitely not well received in Serbia.

Hey Ksenya. I'm very happy to see that you are doing well in Serbia. I didn't know the country was so beautiful. I had heard alcohol is really cheap and widely available. Lol. There must be of course many things that worry you right now. As a newly arrived immigrant. Although I'm almost certain you might be planning on moving somewhere else and Serbia is just a stop over. I didn't comment your last vids for obvious reasons. May G.d Bless you and your family. I like the approach you've taken in this video. Love.
Hiiii my friend! It is cheap comparing to Russia or any other European country, but salaries here are much lower so 🤷🏻♀️ We were planning to go further, but the situation in the world is just too unstable… so we’re staying here for now Thank you for your support ❤️❤️
@@SailorNom Thanks for calling me friend. It's heartwarming. Currently the world situation is very unstable. If I had your contact info or somewhere where I could privately send u messages I could give u some advice based on experience (I know u haven't asked for that so I apologize in advance). But there are currently mass migrations going on around the world. People seeking peace and safety without knowing exactly where they're going. Of course that's not your case my friend. And you probably know by now that I don't make comments on your country's situation, but every hour as we speak there's a mass influx or outflux of immigrants flooding the airports and bus stations of Europe and America alike. There are also a few Europeans trying to go back to basics establishing colonies in South America. Far from Europe and North America. Hope and I know u understand what I mean by this. Have a great day my friend.
@@importedvixen not at all happy, prices went up almost 100% in central areas of Belgrade just in this last few months because of this mass inflow of people from Russia. Especially students are suffering right now, when i arrived as a student to Belgrade 10 years ago i could find affordable place easily and it was not a big hustle, now i see it's close to impossible and parents of those kids are put into situation to give big chunk of their wages for rent. Prices are high for our standards even far from city center, basicaly what i had to pay 10 years ago for central locations now it's same or higher on the edges of the city.
So u come to Serbia to protest against Russian government?? Can someone explain me this. Imagine me as a Serbian go to idk Spain protest against Serbian government is there any logic?
Lots of Russians and Ukrainians left their countries not because they are deeply in love with other countries, but because they were looking for safe place where they can express their opinion openly. If you disagree with Serbian government you can go to the streets and say it. I couldn’t do it in Russia.
@@SailorNom Both Russians and Ukrainians are most welcome to Serbia. I don't support this war because i like both of u. But what do u expect to do here in Serbia protest against Putin? And u probably know that 95% us Serbs love him not because this war but because his support to us when whole world wanted to steal our culture in how NATO countries say "Kosovo", so what do u expect how i would react when u in my own country protest against my biggest ally? I say again i don't support this war and i wish everything best for both Russians and Ukrainians
@@SailorNom I don't want to insult you i just wanted to say that there is no logic protesting against your government in country where majority of people support that government and u definitely will not change our opinion about Russian government
Hello Kate , Belgrade , has beautiful scenery if it wasn't for you , I would never get to see it in real time , so I am thankful to you for that . I could almost taste that burrito , but my screen was in the way , maybe i will buy one for dinner , but yep it has to be spicy .. Florida has a totally different landscape , no mountains , or rock walls , but we have lots and lots of water and I fish a lot in the summertime , so yes I really enjoy boating , it looked like you enjoyed that ride as well . Watching yall drink brought back a few memories for me , but some not so nice . Let's just say alcohol and i don't mix well , so I give it up many many moons ago . The castle was interesting , and yes the view from the tower was really cool . Thank you much for sharing these moments in time with us all , it really is appreciated . Good to see ya in good spirits and health. Take care my friend til next time .. Tell the family hi from FL ..
I wish I could visit Florida one day :) sounds fascinating! I see lots of people started to memory their alcohol days 😁 it’s okay :) Anyways thank you very much, Darin!
@@SailorNom hopefully one day you will visit FL , you'll love it .. Did you expect to take people down memorie lane of drinking days .. lol funny though .. Life has its moments ..
That kind of strong drink for lunch should only be tasted, not emptied...😂 Some 20 years ago in Spain, they had a complete lunch including unlimited local wine and water for about six Euro. They had to bring a few extra bottles of wine to our table, and we paid a voluntary extra four Euros each. And then we went for siesta until about five in the afternoon 😘 It was a good time.
Very beautiful countryside. You don't have to be tipsy to meet friends. You never have to get drunk unless you want to. Just be yourself and let the chips fall where they may. Some people get self-conscious when there is no reason to be. 90% of the people you meet will probably never remember you or see you again. So what do you care what they think of you?
Lovely video! ❤️ I like your friend Marina, even if she doesn't talk much... Her backpack is so cool!! More Marina!! 🤗 In Sweden, we call such a dish kebab roll. Nice lake! Why didn't you bathe? 😅 The bearded old man in the rock wall looks like a typical Nordic Viking!! Believe me, I know things like that... 🤓😉
@@SailorNom Ha ha! 😄 You must visit Sweden sometime! Sweden is one of the world's most lake-rich countries, with just over 100,000 lakes. And not a single one of them is forbidden to bathe in. It is completely free for everyone. 👌 Even for visiting Russians! Have a nice weekend, Kseniya! 🤗
This old man Is Decebal, last Dacian king , defeted in wars against Romans and emperor Traian. The boat in this video passed by Tabula Traiana ,Roman sign for emperors road through the Danube canyon and his bridge across the river.Tabula is on Serbian side near Kladovo.
Serbia has 0 pride. They only knew to fight countries without armies like ex Yugoslavia s countries when they broke up. Never enter in UE and stay in your country.
Not my Serbia, fuck with all autocrats, same bastard as Vučić. We Serbs love freedom over all, we are mainly anti-NATO because of aggression and all killed people, we fought in both World Wars on the right side unlike most of Europe who are preaching to us about democracy, our own opinions etc
We love you brothers, you are welcome here in our beatiful Serbia, visit my city Sremska Mitrovica if you want, best time to visit it is summer because our #1 beach😁💗🇷🇸🇷🇺
Well, the vine is actually from Montenegro(it is quite commercial, u can buy it in almost every store) and Djerdap has no lake, it is a part of Danube river. But nice video, just easy on the drinking😋
Belgrade and Serbia are considered as good choice for Russians who wish to leave Russia and settle elsewhere. A good side of living in Belgrade is that newcomers are always welcome, so that thousands of Russians and Ukrainians settled here during past eight months. However, renting of flats in Belgrade is more expensive every day due to rising demand for flats and salaries in Serbia, except in IT sector, are lower than in most of Europe. So, it is good to live in Belgrade if you work in IT sector or start some other private business, otherwise you may try to buy cheap house and land in some Serbian village and try to live there.
Hi Kseniya, you will find out that your name is actually quite familiar in former Yugoslavia :) Hope you are having a good time there, I'm from Croatia, and I think you made a right choice: going abroad is better than going to war. Many reasonable Serbians & Yugoslav people will agree with this statement, as you know in former Yugoslavia we had some "practical" experience with war and people here never been Russophobic, locals understand that government is not the same as people. Serbians as most of Balkan & Slavic people are welcoming and they like to drink, I remember once a Polish friend of mine which was living in Serbia for few months, she told me "I think I became an alcoholic here, since I came to Serbia there wasn't a day that I didn't drink". No need to feel sorry for getting drunk there, it's normal... alcohol is generally cheap & they have some great wines like Traminac from Vojvodina region (near Danube). Hope you get the chance to explore the neighbouring countries (some are visa free for Russians like Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and even Croatia which is in EU is less restrictive than some other EU countries).
Hi!! I didn’t know about my name, but I noticed that locals can easily remember it and pronounce correctly! They do like to drink, but as hard as Russians 😅 they like drink a sip of rakija, and drink water, as for Russians we drink the whole shot and drink beer 🤷🏻♀️😁 some people don’t understand 😁 but it’s okay, thanks for understanding :))))) Hope I’ll have a chance to travel more!
I'm Serbian(-American now) and I hate Rakija; I can't drink beer due to my 'Gout'! I'm 68 yrs old and was never ever dronk but would have a glass of white wine with fish only!!! I don't remember anyone in my family ever being dronk either. It's a small minority in Serbia who are doing all the drinking and killing themselves.
*From 2014 to 05/2023, there were about 4 million more emigrants than immigrants in Russia.* The immigrants were about 3/4 from Uzbekistan, Tajkistan and Kygystan and were mainly low-skilled. The emigrants, on the other hand, were predominantly well to highly qualified. Just google "International migration in Russia from 1997 to 2021"

Hi Michael! Welcome! I used to study in the Institute of International relations, and got a bachelor degree in linguistics :)) Thank you very much for your support!
Please do not think we rent hella apartment for 1500€ in the outskirts of Belgrade. It’s not my fault all the IT guys just destroyed the rental market just because they earn a lot. My husband is an engineer, not a developer or smth.
And now I think every Russian UA-camr that I follow has left Russia... Everybody in their right mind has fled. But who will be left to resist - but who would dare?!
Guys please, when you come here, don`t offer to pay hundreds of euros for an apartment. I am from Novi Sad, we are having major issues with rents, they are raising the prices so high that 2 salaries are needed just to cover the rent. How can a family of 3 survive like that? Please, do not offer to pay more and don`t agree to paying ridiculous prices cause you are putting people in an awful situation. Prices were raised because of immigrants from Russia and Ukraine and their willingness to just pay whatever.
@@SailorNom I didn`t mean you but I was guessing a lot of people would be watching so I just wanted to point it out so people can see. Sorry if I sounded mad or something.
The Danube near fortress is about 5 km wide. Then it goes into the gorge, narrowest spot barely 100 meters. How it is possible, that amount of water to be squeezed that much? The deep goes from 5-6 meters to 100.
Why did you go that far for a day out. Plenty to do in Belgrade. You could swim in the Ada lake, have lovely walk and lunch in Kalemegdan, have fun evening in Skadarlija or on hundred’s of splavs. Next time you go to Belgrade stay in Belgrade for few days to explore it more
most of the time it is but every city has its streets and neighborhoods where it is better not to be present at night let alone walk through it alone. That being said. Serbia is much more than just Belgrade. many people immediately think they know everything about a country after visiting only one city, often it is the capital.

Omg cmon! You could contact me way before today! Totally fine! I have my email in “about” tab. Or: sailornoming@gmail.com
I’m fine, probably I expect something different yes… but it’s okay, I’ll get used to it :)
Thanks anyway :)
@@SailorNom I don't want to insult you i just wanted to say that there is no logic protesting against your government in country where majority of people support that government and u definitely will not change our opinion about Russian government
I understand it now…
Greetings Ksenia! I'm enjoying your video. If you don't like to drink Corona with your Mexican food, there's always Dos XXs!
Aaaaaaaaawh stupid me… corona always goes with Mexican food… but I don’t know what is Dos xxs 🤔
I see lots of people started to memory their alcohol days 😁 it’s okay :)
Anyways thank you very much, Darin!
@@SailorNom hopefully one day you will visit FL , you'll love it .. Did you expect to take people down memorie lane of drinking days .. lol funny though .. Life has its moments ..

Amazing video 😊. Soon I'm visiting Serbia so can we make some video about Serbia. Thanks in advance 😊😊
Let’s do that!
Obožavam tvoje videe
Thank you ❤️
That kind of strong drink for lunch should only be tasted, not emptied...😂
Some 20 years ago in Spain, they had a complete lunch including unlimited local wine and water for about six Euro. They had to bring a few extra bottles of wine to our table, and we paid a voluntary extra four Euros each. And then we went for siesta until about five in the afternoon 😘 It was a good time.
Omg that sounds soooo great! To sad it was 20 years ago 🥲
Yeah… I know, I fell wild now 😁
Welcome in Serbia!
Thank you!
Voli Srbija Rusiju! Pozdrav!
wonderful clip.Enjoy Serbia girl
Thanks a lot 😉
Very beautiful countryside. You don't have to be tipsy to meet friends. You never have to get drunk unless you want to. Just be yourself and let the chips fall where they may. Some people get self-conscious when there is no reason to be. 90% of the people you meet will probably never remember you or see you again. So what do you care what they think of you?
You are absolutely right! It’s just me too weak… 🤦🏻♀️
God bless russian people and Russia
🇷🇺❤️🇷🇺 God bless Putin . You are last hope for all humanity.
It’s forbidden to bath there 😁😁😁
Okay I’ll talk to Marina 😁
Yes, they say it looks like Viking place!
Ooooh I wish one day!!!
This old man Is Decebal, last Dacian king ,

Thank you my friend ❤️
You should really explore Novi Sad if you haven’t already it is the culture city of Serbia and is called the Athens of Serbia❤
Yes, I’ve already been there, but I didn’t really explored the city, must thing to do next time!
Serbia proudly supports Mister Putin.
Serbia has 0 pride. They only knew to fight countries without armies like ex Yugoslavia s countries when they broke up. Never enter in UE and stay in your country.
Nije tačno. VEEELIKA ZABLUDA. Malo je vas istinskih pro-putinovaca.
Većini smeta Ukrajinski saveznik - NATO.
@@carick235 Freedom doesnt exist on this planet. There are only more or less opressing rulers. Give me one example of freedom in the worlds history.

Thank you :)))))))
Well, the vine is actually from Montenegro(it is quite commercial, u can buy it in almost every store) and Djerdap has no lake, it is a part of Danube river. But nice video, just easy on the drinking😋
Thank for information 😁 😍
Need to earn some money before buying something, but yea it’s a good idea!
They do like to drink, but as hard as Russians 😅 they like drink a sip of rakija, and drink water, as for Russians we drink the whole shot and drink beer 🤷🏻♀️😁 some people don’t understand 😁 but it’s okay, thanks for understanding :)))))
Hope I’ll have a chance to travel more!
"Corona is cat's piss"
LOL. Now you know what every American knows.
Hahahahaha
*From 2014 to 05/2023, there were about 4 million more emigrants than immigrants in Russia.*
The immigrants were about 3/4 from Uzbekistan, Tajkistan and Kygystan and were mainly low-skilled.
The emigrants, on the other hand, were predominantly well to highly qualified.
Just google "International migration in Russia from 1997 to 2021"
You must do it again ab go to Lepenski vir but you senced the taste of beauty there. And nex stop to MAGLIČ FORTRES 😊
Long live Russia and President Putin. Serbia is on your side, dont listen some who for money speak differently.
Nice to see you enjoying being a girl again.
Yay!

yeah, we are so happy to have you here, so it would be even harder for us to to afford rent
Please do not think we rent hella apartment for 1500€ in the outskirts of Belgrade. It’s not my fault all the IT guys just destroyed the rental market just because they earn a lot. My husband is an engineer, not a developer or smth.

I want to visit it someday too! I mean in Germany
And now I think every Russian UA-camr that I follow has left Russia... Everybody in their right mind has fled. But who will be left to resist - but who would dare?!
Well yea, I agree…
Guys please, when you come here, don`t offer to pay hundreds of euros for an apartment. I am from Novi Sad, we are having major issues with rents, they are raising the prices so high that 2 salaries are needed just to cover the rent. How can a family of 3 survive like that? Please, do not offer to pay more and don`t agree to paying ridiculous prices cause you are putting people in an awful situation. Prices were raised because of immigrants from Russia and Ukraine and their willingness to just pay whatever.
I know what you’re talking about and I know what is going on man. We rent a small house for less than 150€ so…
@@SailorNom I didn`t mean you but I was guessing a lot of people would be watching so I just wanted to point it out so people can see. Sorry if I sounded mad or something.
Good point anyway mate 👍🏻

The Danube near fortress is about 5 km wide. Then it goes into the gorge, narrowest spot barely 100 meters. How it is possible, that amount of water to be squeezed that much? The deep goes from 5-6 meters to 100.
Russians don't even know where Serbia is on map.
Hi, what camera and lens do u use?
It’s iphone 11
Why did you go that far for a day out. Plenty to do in Belgrade. You could swim in the Ada lake, have lovely walk and lunch in Kalemegdan, have fun evening in Skadarlija or on hundred’s of splavs. Next time you go to Belgrade stay in Belgrade for few days to explore it more

Serbia gets mixed up with Siberia a lot.
And Belgrade with Belgorod :)
Belgrade seems a nice place
Yea, it is a nice place!
most of the time it is
but every city has its streets and neighborhoods where it is better not to be present at night let alone walk through it alone.
That being said.
Serbia is much more than just Belgrade.
many people immediately think they know everything about a country after visiting only one city,
often it is the capital.
