All the time I go to the toilet like everywhere, before to leave, I try to leave it as clean as possible, of course with Health precautions.
Even If Wasn’t me to make dirty, but If I get out of the toilets and somebody enter after me….especially if you are to the gym, jiujitsu academy or in a business convention…one of your podcast talking about that, really becomes an habit
Hope Bedros does more of these types of videos! Him speaking on him getting rejected on offering personal training sessions speaks volumes!! He had to get it done!! Good stuff!

As a European it's kind of strange to find healthy food eating out like that. To us eating out is more something you enjoy together everynow and then, and healthy food is something you prepare or bring yourself. You can plug a big hole in your budget if you take your time to prep.
