We live a small life. If we wish to live the larger life. We need to find a way to serve the many.
Create a service or a product to fulfill a human need.
Working out and eating right is no joke specially if your like me who suffers from depression anxiety, ocd ptsd, I've done nothing but self sabotage my entire life just to do good and go back to the bottom of the fuckn barrel. Spent have my life in prison addicted to drugs and alcohol. Thanks to you tube your videos and everything in between I'm getting my fuckn body and mind together. Helped inspire wherever it leads I appreciate you more than you know !!!!
