Hi Dexter, I watch your videos often. Even though I have no farm, I admire your connection with your animals, your striving to provide best possible life for them and your love for the work you do. Thank you for being such a wonderful human being.

I currently have turkeys, guinea pigs, pigeons, chickens, and just started rabbit farming...the market potential is huge in my country, and am glad I got to find this channel to learn more about it
Why are you based?
@@FullSpiritProduction I am in Malawi..local chicken farming is thriving here and the rabbit business has huge potential
@@chimzymteka4563 congratulations! Godspeed in Jesus name!

Wow! 11 kits is a lot. The most my does have produced is 8! I can't imagine having 400 rabbits! The most I have had is 54, and I sold 36 of them in the past 2 months. I let most of my rabbits run on the ground, males in one pen & females in another. It works pretty good. Thank you for sharing your information & showing your set up. Lots of work, glad you have help!

My love for animals honors you guys. I noticed how you take your shoes off before entering the cage. That will help minimize the introduction of germs/bacteria/viruses etc. They all look very happy and healthy. Allowing animals to live according to their nature is always the best thing. great job
They looked tortured. I'm not against eating rabbits but they look like they dont get out of the cages expect to give birth. I wouldnt want to eat that type of meat and its cruel.
@@kulaib14 Rabbits are prey animals and very stressed in the wild. That's why their reproduction is so high... because of their high natural mortality rates from their many predators. What's a rabbit really want? This is a safe predator free environment with a ready source of food.
Rabbits aren't like chickens. They don't naturally return at night or do other manageable things so you can just turn them loose and keep them from getting lost or eaten. And they are diggers and natural escape artists. I don't know how you think they should be raised. Do you have any videos you can point me to where rabbits are kept that you don't consider "torture"? I'm interested in starting a rabbitry utilizing the best system possible. Thank you for your input! I'm very interested in learning.
Stop breeding and killing for food . . Eat plants nuts beans rice seeds fruit veggies .
Stop eat meat stop trapping and farming animals they ate not ours they belong to earth

Have always have it that with you ..everything is possible
I have raised many animals but not rabbits. I like that you have kept them very clean.
your farm is truly a paradise.
It's probably cooler underground, too. Really nice system! I've never seen anyone do this! Great job, Ryan! :)
It also protect them from accidental trampling by their mothers which surprisingly happens alot
Great job? He is an animal abuser. A rabbit abuser. Go learn more about rabbits, before doing the same crime against them.

Wow! 11! That's a lot compared to the number in the litters we receive. Our normal range is 6-8. Thanks so much for all the tips! I am going to try and let them burrow underground as well.

Every great teacher never say they are teaching... they say they are sharing knowledge .. I don’t skip your adds.. it’s my small way of saying thank you to the great works you are doing. TOP MAN ..
Great . I would love to volunteer here and intern under someone like him.
My first time watching on UA-cam from my tv. I was looking for a movie with rabbi for my rabbit to watch. I m very fascinated by this show. I learned a lot but his giving ways and personality so wonderful. I loved a lot the 50th Birthday food give away to the needy. Very generous of Dexter. I actually wouldn’t mind living the life he lives since I love taking care of animals as well. Love the episodes
May god bless you for taking care of those cute and lovely rabbits ❤️😘
Great video, I love the rabbits. Ryan you're doing a very good job. Dexter having all the females free range is called a colony type system, it is much more natural but it comes with its own complications. I look forward to watching your continued success with the rabbit farming.
Wow! Thx for the great video
Lol, doing good? At least half of those rabbits will die, if not already, from the scabbies on thier ears. He doesnt care about the rabbits or the safety of the colony. He shouldn't be a farmer with that lack of passion for his animals.
@@jeffreymullin5584 He live in a tropical area, that might be the difference. As he said, it works for him.
Hi Dexter Sir. Thank you so much for wonderfull video of rabbit farming and show ung in details. I love all of them . Keep going your good job, god bless.

yes lot of them are sick it called scabies disease
Yeah that rabbit have earmites
Also keeping rabbits in wired bottom cages can cause feet sores

Hi Sir,
This is Anbil from South India.
Negatives of this system viz.,
1. Feed: Water Hyacinth which consists low proteins 5% and it has a pungent smell furthermore, leech and some other unwanted pests thrives in that greens can cause digestive system problem.
2. No proper ventilation causes series health issues at the delivery cells.
3. Taking too much time and strenuous effort to be needed to find the kits in every duct in delivery wards.
4. Lack of defecation clearance in delivery ward.
The feel of the video definitely got better. But it has always been great. Really love the rabbit videos.
Am just getting curious day by day to keep rabbits they're really cute 😘
Thank you Dexter. In 19 minutes am already hatching a big plan.

for the rabbits on the wire, a small mat or some cardboard to rest their feet. i keep mine on wire too but provide somewhere to rest their feet as they can get health problems from it :)
They on the wire so that there poop can fall down through so that it's healthy and easy to remove

Dexter, you’ve always been a inspiration to us. We’re always watching and we would love to duplicate what you’re doing in Mindanao Philippines, over here in Ormoc Philippines. We are starting a chicken farm, and the rabbits produce manure that is superior to any fertilizer for our vegetables and our fruits. Me and my wife would love to come visit you if you don’t mind a visit sometime in the near future. We’re coming to Philippines towards the end of this year 2024
Because our land is not so flat. It contains a lot of coral rock which we can harvest as grit for chickens. We also want to set up a fodder system implement our foods rather than using store-bought foods primarily
We do have a lot of banana trees, and we plan on growing azola to help lighten the financial budget on our feeds. Thanks again very kindly for all the information so that we make sure that our animals have a good future so that we can provide foods for those who are in need for our charity, that we plan to make strong as we can

I knew rabbits burrowed but did not know they buried their kits...so much to learn from you Dex :)
Solid ❣️❣️
U r living my dream life..... MashaAllah
Hi Dexter... I want to ask 2 questions after watching your video...
(1) How do you know when the female is about to give birth? Do they exhibit certain behaviours?
(2) How do you know how many days it takes to dig up the kids from beneath the ground? Or does she dig them up herself?
Won't they die of suffocation?
Nice video Sir Dex. Keep on inspiring us with your uploads.
GRANITE AQUA FARM!
I also really like your new intro

Great farm. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Dexter's world is indeed amazing!
Thank you sir sa napa gandang pag ka explain sa video mo.
Wowwww! He digging out babies part is amazing.
Great video! My questions are:
1.Does the doe dig up the kits later to Feed them ?
2. What prevents the doe from digging out and escaping without cement flooring?
It is natural, after some hours the mother digs to feed them, I could see it with a rabbit we had home.
Am angel Moya from Malawi and I really appreciate the rabbit farming you are doing and I have learnt a lot
first rabbitry that makes actual sense.. thanks..
