the way this particular sheet is set up its basically weekly, so week one would be on the left, week 2 on the right, then a new sheet for week 3 / 4 etc

Hey milagro yeah so basically this program template is designed to show 3 days x 2 weeks of training. You could edit this to fit whatever you want. I have designed it to show exercises, sets, reps, tempos, etc with an area where the athlete can type or write in their own results. this is really just one of the designs that I have used in the past with my athletes.
Is there anyway to make a graph out of the spreadsheet to see the progress of the athlete? I’m an aspiring S&C coach and I want to learn the basics of it!

Yeah I could do that.. its really as easy as in the top bar going insert -> picture then selecting the picture you want and placing it where you want.

Hey Yusif,
I would usually just type that number in manually.. but if you wanted you could easily create a dropdown with all your various tempos.

Yes of course but it is a lot more of an involved process.. start with the athlete dashboard series I created
