Poor little boy! You can tell you gave him some relief! He was talking to you and acting so scared and nervous, and then he calmed right down after. And that follow-up! Huge improvement and he’s more relaxed and letting you doctor him ❤ thanks for all the work you do!
Poor little Red! 😢 Makes me so glad I check my boy's bits regularly! He's a cuy with a massive pocket (his vet calls it his "mangina" lol) and has experienced infection in the pocket previously. So now he gets his pocket cleaned and peepee checked on a schedule! 😊

I hope Saskia has a talk with his owner about checking this area. I've never seen such a bad infection on a boy part. Bleeding! Pitiful baby. But Saskia has helped him tremendously in just 2 days. Great job!!

Thanks for this video, Saskia! I've got a 7 year old boy and have been checking his 'cheeky bits' every 7 to 10 days. He often gets the icky white stuff on his wee and extra yuck in his pocket. I also have to trim his teeth occasionally, as the top 2 are slightly crossed and seem to grow quickly. Your tutorials have helped so much. Thank you 🥰💖

A couple of days ago i just looked at my boy his parts. It was the first time, but he was making sounds if something hurts. But it looked very good. Luckily he is is old self now. Nothing to find than the problems that were already in his body . This video is very helpfull to see that i did it right. And what to look for in the future. Thank you Saskia for these video's. After years and years of guinea pigs. I still learn something!

Ouchie, poor baby! Wow, that cream worked so well! I check my boys and do boar cleaning once a week when I do the deep cage clean. I find yukky stuff in their pocket every week so I think once weekly check is good for boys. Great video, thanks Saskia and Scotty! 💟

Oh yes!!! I cannot see a future without it. I feel that in some instances it works better than pharmaceuticals. This may be why it took decades to make CBD legal. And the crazy part is that it there ins no THC. Full-spectrum CBD products may contain up to 0.3% THC, while broad-spectrum products contain almost none.

Poor guy!! I’m so glad my two boys who both lived to 8yrs never had impacting or smagma. We kept a close eye on them! Because of you, we were able to give them long, happy lives! We didn’t know anything when we started thinking about getting piggies! We watched TONS of videos from you and a few others before we took the plunge! I miss them, but because of insane inflation, we decided not to get more for now. Maybe someday we can adopt again.

Wow! It's amazing how much better it looked in only two days! Did he end up needing antibiotics also, or just the treatment you gave him?
He may still need oral antibiotics, but for now he is stable and pain free. Today he did not seem uncomfortable after I cleaned him up and applied the cream 💜

Both the cream and the ointment variety of pain reliever with antibacterial are good. I would have used the OINTMENT because it melts better than the cream. It’s not like ones a lotion and ones not.

Forgive me for being ignorant but I wasn’t even aware that the weenie can get infected but then again the same basic premise could potentially apply to male horses because they have the same type of sheath but I’m not entirely sure on that😅
