Matoke | Beef & Green Bananas Stew

Matoke is an East African dish made of green cooking bananas (matoke). This stew can be cooked with or without meat. It’s my first time making it.
INGREDIENTS LIST:
500g beef casserole
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 green bananas (matoke)
2 medium onions
4 beef seasoning cubes (royco)
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 ½ tablespoons tomato paste
1 cinnamon stick
Salt to taste
