- It's Easter Jeep Safari (EJS) week and we're trying to avoid the masses on the trail. We wanted to hit up the Golden Spike trail before going into town for breakfast but instead ended up on Metal Masher. Watch the Toyota Tundra, FJ, and Tacoma take it on.
Our rigs got beat up at Steel Bender last night. If you watch the Steel Bender video it ends at the Falls, which is about half way through the trail, because my memory cards ran out of space and it was getting dark. The second half of Steel Bender has a ton of ledges that you go down, mixed with darkness, and weary drivers, we were crashing down hard onto our frames in a rush to get off the trail and get back to base camp. This morning was supposed to be an easy one.

I want to get out west and wheel so bad. I’m running 5.29 nitrogears and dual ARBs in my Crewmax and it definitely surprises people where it will go!
Probably most hard core off-roading 2nd gen Tundra on UA-cam.. Nice!

to the owner of the Tundra, what all do you have done? what lift, what size tires, lockers front & rear? at some point i'd like to build mine to be somewhat comparable.

I'd love to check out this route, but can a bone stock 2011Tundra make it through at least all the by-passes throughout the route?
