I really like how Amy remains the calm voice of reason the entire time.
Gopher's World actually she got worried a lot
Noticed that too. He was rude to her almost the whole time.
I could hear her quite clearly, but he still repeats everything. 🤔👍
HA!!! "I don't see any cows in the air".........that was classic.....
Ironically this tornado bared a striking resemblance to the F-1 in the first chase scene.
Poor cows must of been scared! *eats hamburger*
Like you seen movie Twister 1996? That's classic!
@@damienalicea8696 "We've got cows!" LOL.
I had just commented these two are like the real life Twister on a previous vid. Art is imitating reality, or visa versa.
I live in DIMMITT TX i was there when the tornado was forming there were seven tornadoes
The women is so calm.and keeping him in line . Love it 💙😎
Us Neanderthals need a women such as that. 🤣🤷🏻♂️
I'm always keeping my wife calm lol.
Hello Hi ❤💜💜💫💫🇮🇳😊
What does this couple look like? She’s so calm and professional...they seem too know what they are doing, because they get sooooo close and know where it’s going! I’d be crapping my shorts and digging a hole in the ground!! Thank God for people like this too warn others that the weather people can only see on radar...Thanks guys❤️❤️
It's insane how fast the condensation came down at 9:47
Yeah I just looked down for a second and there it was
I was flying across the country from Philadelphia to Phoenix on this day. We flew around this storm. Before we left Philly the polite said we might contend with storms on the rout. We went just north of this at 36,000 feet. I'd guess the cloud tops were 50,000 feet
What a day for tornado chasing! Great video!
wow that's crazy I live in Oklahoma and I was in more during that 2013 tornado and It would have killed me if it wasn't for news9 love your work and keep it up your a extremely big help to the citizens of Oklahoma and Texas and your wife also☺👌👏
FadedSniper 710 olaklahoma is not in Texas I lived there and because of my dad's job the stupid people moved us to Missouri and I'm mad my family lives there
@@nyahfalcon9035 he wasnt saying that...
awesome video. thanks for sharing. Texas Panhandle magic !
This is one of my favorite pictures of a tornado when it crosses the road in front of you (about ten minutes in). You were in the perfect spot for the video.
This video was 2 days before my 26th birthday, I born April 16. You guys great job chasing tornadoes and avoid tragedy.
"What's that next to us? They're power lines, Val"... Classic!
i give kudos to you and amy for saveing lives people who complain dont understand whats going on i do i have followed you guys for years a standing ovation from me
I love these two!! The previous video they made was hilarious!!
Ya'll are amazing, I watched your chase on my 2nd monitor at work during the May 20, 2013 in Tulsa. I left work early enough to prepare for the Broken Arrow Tornado that touched down a mile from me.
That was great video. At one point it was kind of like the El Reno tornado and even The Wizard of Oz. That condensation funnel was crazy how quick it appeared right on the road.
The wedge tornado that passed from SW of Dimmitt to NW of Dimmitt was on the ground for 4.5 miles, was 1.1 miles wide, and inflicted EF3 damage with winds at 140 MPH. Homes that got hit sustained EF2 damage, irrigation pivots and power poles were twisted and broken, and the EF3 damage was to a heavy metal building that was well-constructed. Most of the tornadoes in this video are pretty easy to rate since they were either open fields or snapped power lines, which is usually indicative of EF0-EF1.
Amazing, Val/Amy..............Good job
22:32 so that’s what it sounds like when three power lines break
lol - "Why are those cows running to it? They're probably thinking the same thing of us."
"I can't do men."
That wedge at the end was gnarly.
First time seeing this video but wow that was beautiful when it touched down in front of you guys. Stay safe out there.
Great work...Probably the best of the year too...
hey val i really like how you present videos im glade i subscribed
Crazy awesome footage y'all!!
Dimmitt sounds lake damn it
This year has been crazy.
I would love to see a tornado someday
Same!!
Chances r if your in Moore Oklahoma they get the biggest and baddest almost every year but be ready to go underground
I live In a small town that got hit Tuesday. This town has 250 ppl tops in it and my ex husbands home was damaged. Trees down on vehicles. My dogs pen was destroyed. The pool was leveled. I've lived here 43 years and this has never happened but I feel were gonna be like moore oklahoma now. Its found us and now won't leave us alone. I have a cellar thank God but was not in it when it hit. It hit 2 blocks down from where I live. It was night so I couldn't see it. It destroyed some businesses but the business next door to them is untouched. Tornados are so strange.
Excellent video! Where you guys aware of the 1994 I believe Dimmitt TX tornado that was one of the first to be completely surrounded by scientist and instruments? This one blows that one out of the water and that original one from all the Tornado chase highlights videos was a beauty!
Dimmitt should have a billboard or town motto to boast the best most picturesque, insanely amazing tornadoes!
Just hope nobody lost their lives in those storms of course!.
This supercell thunderstorm was a monster! A chaser's dream, with sisters, multiple vortices, and a beast on the Plains of the Texas Panhandle in an area that was hit from June 2nd-8th, 1995.
You guys are fearless!! 😀
Paved county roads all over this turf and missed seeing these.except some at home south of Amarillo. Seems that tornadoes and big time entertainment have always missed Amarillo . . . so far.
Omg he talks so much!!!
And overstates the obvious.
Because we aren't capable of looking out the window during a storm?
then he repeats a time or 3.
Rebel!
Rebel!!
this is so cool once i was really close to a tornado and it was very scary. You guys are so cool hope you be save.
Man tornadoes are so beautiful
All I want to know is....Is there a tornado on the ground?
One of the most animated tornadoes I’ve ever seen.
How do you know which way to go to be safe?
We were heading to Amarillo. When the tonado's were hitting. Was kinda scary
How is it that a tornado can go right into a wind turbine and not even effect it and everything else is obliterated??
10:50 The most replayed part of this video is where the herd of cows start running towards the tornado 😄
Great team work!
The Feed Lot!!!? World's smelliest tornado!
Gives the term "sh*+storm" a whole new meaning...
You can see the hail in that storm...That green
Know why the cows were running to the tornado? If you had to choose death by slaughter house or a tornado, you would run to it too. LOL
RIGHT THROUGH THE FEED LOT!!!!!
Just because Val has the louder mouth and uses it to bark orders doesn't necessarily mean he wears the team's letter "C" captains patch on his sleeve.
Am I the only person here just waiting for him to say the name Gary a few hundred times lol
I don't understand how you guys have the courage to move so close to these tornadoes (e.g., 10:57).
Oh my goodness, Gary, it’s Val on the Getner!
That lonely windmill at the beginning could've powered the universe
Coincidence. My daughter's name is Amie Casey. Her birthday is April 14th. We live in Texas. lol
and windscreen wipers off...
Is there a tornado on the ground?
It'd be a much better vid if Mr. Motormouth could tone it down a bit.
tell you the amazing part of your video that you literally captured. At 5:02 the "green light" flashed....this ALWAYS CREATES VERY TUMULTUOUS WINDS-STORMS...then backed with a Powerful Blue Light...aka Project BlueBeam. Caught the weather machines/technology in action. I've seen this more than once & know as soon as it flashes, which I don't advise to be exposed to (standing outside)...it is painful. Suddenly whipping winds very concentrated to its own area erupt....even temperatures will suddenly dropped &/or increase dramatically. This is knowledge known for MANY Years. So whenever you see this....keep the camera rolling & watch what it creates. Nice capture...!!! thanks for sharing your video w/us
Can you please explain how these weather machines work?
Shut up conspirancy believer.
Damn dude turn down the windshield wipers. it wasn't even raining for a while
You're asking him to turn down the wipers - you realize this is recorded and not live, right?
Keep doing what you do
WE GOT COWS!!
... but is there a tornado on the ground?
Words for your tombstone epitaph ... " Can you beat it? "
They need to have 3 people with the two o them get way to caught up and don't pay attention to giant power pols!
I know the videos can be dramatic but storm chasers seem to try and get closer and closer to these things.
With the "storm chaser convergence" in these types of events ... the casualty count can do nothing but go up unfortunately.
I see too many examples of chances taken. The laws of averages have to catch up to chance vs. common sense eventually.
I love you 2 you are wonderful
Amy is so calm and talks where you can hear her fine and this guy just talks and talks and is screaming as if he’s at a concert! Shit the hell up!! Calm down! I’d hate to know he was ever in a serious situation bc he would tip right over the edge!
7:15 WOW! Now we have Twins tornado!
Sounds like he's commenting a rugbygame.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love You video I love tornadoes
where was this
I live here in Dimmitt it was scary
😁 great footage wow
Can you beat it?? Yeah…Oh!!!! We drove right through it!!😁😂
nice video
Poor little cows... gentle souls, helpless in such situations.... has to be a scientific way to break up those storm systems before they turn into and touch down as tornadoes
wow insane im very big into tornados and paranormal
"Why are these cattle running to it?" Proceeds to drive towards it....
Did this guy drink like 5 espressos before filming this?
im 26 lived in what was called tornado alley as a kid
we got hail
"Power lines just fell on us.".."Get the shot!" lol
Eu
"We got a Jumper here!" (9:48)
did you guys hear there's a tornado on the ground
many vortex inside this tornado,This tornado was very terrifly!
Hearing this guy say "Tornado on the ground" sounds weird to me. A tornado by definition is on the ground, right? Then he says "funnel all the way to the ground" which is a tornado. hehehe The things we say when we are exited.
Dimmitt!!!
Sorry I'm going to have to hang up we got cows!
I can only guess as to why he is talking so much. I mean being a short distance from one of those suckers would certainly become emotional and have the adrenaline running fast. That tornado certainly grew huge after just a small rope.
Beautiful!
Not sure why but I love the guy commentating
I don't - sounds like he is trying to sell a Veggimatic2000
Because you're a pole smoker?
Are you kidding?
I agree Swordsfor200alex.
grande video
coraggioso
hey Val it's Bryce Hubbard
Ya just a mg or 2 of valium might have helped
love you ❤❤
Good work Amy
2:41 Oi! Tornado on the ground at 12 O'clock!
11:35 thats violent
Mr. I repeat everything.
Gees buddy, stay off the Red Bull.
God Dimmitt
