I really connected to the conversation about your hubby moving forward quickly when you want him to comfort you more. They talk about this in the book men are from "Mars women are from Venus". Most women want to just talk about a problem to a man and have him listen, but men are wired to solve the problem. So a conflict can arise when the woman feels unheard and interprets that as the man trying to get through it quickly or he doesn't care. I learned that some things are for your sister or your girlfriends to talk through with you. Men don't want you to linger in a space of hurt, so they may try to get you out of it as quickly as possible, which feels even more hurtful at times. You guys have a great bond, thanks for posting, very inspirational.

Build a bridge and get over it. My friends and family know how I communicate and that everything I do and say comes from a place of love and care because I'm really nurturing and helpful, also.
He is lol, but she's a cancer (like myself) and that sign is emotional/sensitive. Capricorns tend to have a more practical approach to things, but my experience with them has been 50/50, some capr friends have been very empathetic and others more so like what you described. I liked the transparency when they answered the question, its all about communication and balance.

I am the same way about Chapstick/Lip balm. I am currently obsessed with Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm w/ Vitamin E and Peppermint. I doesn't matter how tired I am, if I forget to bring it to bed, I have to go get it. It's either on my nightstand or under my pillow. And I always have spares. Happy that I am not alone. A lot of people think it's weird.
