If you order something that specifically says you don't have to have Wi-Fi, and you download the app for it to tell you you have to have Wi-Fi. That's called false advertising. What a crock of shit I just ordered trash
this thing sucks just blinks red and when i go to scan the code it does nothing reset it multiple times and still nothing what a piece of garbage

Yes, currently only con 2.4GHz
Good and bad. Bought a K1Pro, great outdor camera, but a few problems. Had inital problem connecting, must be VERY close to router (just for setup), then it is fine. Other issues are: motion detection thumbnails are justy a stock image which is seriously primative in this day and age, should show a snapshot of the detection, so you can go to the relevent video. 2nd issue is the detection area is only controlled by one big rectangle rather than smaller individual squares which alot of other manufactors provide. Sort these, and you'll have a decent camera setup
is rubbish £60 a year to use functions and cloud only SD AND MOTION WILL NOT WORK, NOTHING WORKS WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES........
No, as with most cameras, it's the cloud storage that you need to pay to use, not the tilt/pan 360.
I can’t set the camera up no matter how many times I try. I keep trying to scan the QR code, but it won’t take it. I reset the camera, but nothing. Please help before I return it.

How to Set ip , I need to See when I work , not when i am in the home
Just bought a camera and have been trying to set it up for a couple hours. It is still blinking red and won’t connect to our 2.4G wifi. I’ve made sure everything is spelled correctly too. I’ve even reset the camera. Help before I send it back. Thanks
Hello friend, could you please confirm your wifi is 2.4ghz wifi frequency since if you have a dual band wifi router, you will get 2.4ghz wifi and 5ghz wifi. After confirming, please reset the camera, and then put the camera lens scan the QR code in your phone to check. Thank you

Im returning this camera. At first the set up was quick fast and easy, worked fast, then a few days later I noticed its showing OFFLINE, I tried every troubleshoot to try to reconnect and no luck at all. My router was fine, I reset the camera , all the settings were fine, but no luck at all to try to reconnect it. I was trying for 3 days and gave up. Really disappointed cuz I like it at first and liked the clarity.
You can contact their customer service and they will send you a new device shortly

I've tried to implement the P10 camera into my surveillance software (synology), but it's not possible. It looks it doesn't provide a RTSP nor a ONVIF stream. There's just no way for the surveillance software to detect this camera within my home's Wi-Fi.
Is there any solution to this?

Hello friend, thank you for your support. Please notice that you can use a second phone to download the same app and register a new account. Then you can add that account to your major account(camera setting--sharing camera-add account), then the shared account can view the live video with you at the the same time.

Puede usar datos móviles o wifi en el exterior para controlar la cámara siempre que la cámara esté conectada con wifi de 2,4 ghz en su casa para mantenerse en línea.
