Definitely try Facundo Farias from Colon, because he is an absolute beast. He starts off with a 74 rated player with 86 pace and 81 dribbling, and I used him in my create a club series, and I signed him in the first season and he finished off with a 96 rating with 99 accelaration, 99 sprint speed, 99 ball control, 99 stamina, 98 attacking positioning, and 98 reactions in the end of the 4th season. Oh yeah and also since I dont have latest squads he started off with a 72 rated.
Adeyemi is absolutely class to sign. Been so since fifa 20, i signed him on there once and in 5 seasons he went from 69 to 95. In fifa 22 i got him and am still in s1 but hes perfoming amazingly well

The other is Liel Abada: 19, 73 ovr (i think) not sure how high he can get but im sure its close to 90 value of 5 - 7.5 mil and can sign immediately.
FWIW if you actually play matches & train your players (simming training only after achieving an A or B) your players will be MASSIVE in 18 months. FIFA rewards you for actually playing vs skipping. Also the loaning trick still works for a quick perma-boost

if you want a good goalkeeper who is young and high pot i recommend starting your career or getting a manager job at psg, a goalkeeper they have is like 23 his name is donnarumma, so far i barely started career not even completed 2 seasons and donnarumma is 93 overall.

AT BEST I'd rate him as an a 72 player and yeah, maybe he can get better but like maybe to a 78 or 79. Also while we are talking about Spurs, Dane freaking Scarlett turns into an absolute BEAST with an 86 potential. Decently fast at the start with a 3/3 weak foot and skill rating but if you play him and train him he will easily bag you 20 goals per season before he turns 20.

I swear I turned of the strict signify think on my create a club career mode but if I suggest somthing just too low they keep increasing the price of the player, i tried to sing a center back and teh first price the manager wanted was5.5 million but in the end he said 7wtf

Mohamed-Ali Cho is an absolute class player. Starts at a 70 at 17 and within 5 or 6 seasons you can get him to a 96-97
I've found that if players are 17 and are 72+ rated player, and they get regular play time then they will just go up like a rocket

Micky van de Ven is a really good CB, starts at 68, grows to about 84 before dynamic potential. Hes at Wolfsburg and starts at ~$3M

I have Adam Hložek on 90 ovr, and i sell him for 200 000 000 € to PSG. I can recommend training it at 90 ovr and then selling it at a high price.
