Coconut Bake and Buljol!

- My family’s Buljol recipe, packed with flavor and texture!
Ingredients:
1lb boneless salt fish
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
5 large hard boiled eggs, cubed
3 large ripe tomatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
8 leaves of bandania, finely chopped
2-3 pimentos, finely chopped
1 large avocado, cubed
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 hot pepper, finely chopped (optional)
A dash of Angostura Bitters
Method:
1. Wash and boil salt fish for 15 minutes. Drain the salt fish well, washing away excess salt if needed. Mix with hands until flakes are broken up.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic. Add salt fish and cook on a high temperature until golden and crisp. Let cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients to the crispy salt fish and toss together.

Erica's Coconut Bake
Ingredients:
6 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
4 tsp yeast
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup grated coconut (Do not squeeze dry)
2 1/4 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut milk powder (optional)
1 tsp mixed essence
1/4 cup flour for kneading
Butter for brushing the finished bakes
Bake the coconut bakes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Closer to the end of baking, brush the top of the bakes with butter for a golden color, and then brush again with butter when out of the oven so the tops stay soft. - Навчання та стиль

Tbh, I subscribed because you have a really nice, calm voice. Love your videos also! I tried the kurma and it was amazing! I bet this coconut bake is very flavorful but I like my roast and coconut bake not fluffy and with that hard crust.

Love coconut bake with buljoi
I make something called Brule Jhol with salted cod fish, tomatoes, red and green bellpeppers, pimento peppers, hot peppers, chives, onions, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and blackpepper; it's very delicious!

That's more like a bread than a bake, for me coconut bake should be heavy and crusty.
