I am motivated so much with this avoid disaster diet that It's been 3 days i started sleeping at 11:00 pm, although my normal routine was 1:30 AM 💀 hope to make it 10 PM إن شاء الله
I have to start Stretching also, but Water / Dhikr / Dinner with family & No junk food cold drinks were already in routine.
Now, the hardest part is socialising with people 😐🥲

This was a great watch! I’ve been obsessed with optimizing my sleep for years-mainly because a decade ago, I had mysterious health issues that left me in near-comatose states, sleeping up to 23 hours a day for weeks at a time. Western medicine never gave me answers, so I had to take my health into my own hands.
A few things that have made a huge difference for me:
✅ Grounding sheets - They help discharge excess positive ions and keep my sleep deep and restorative.
✅ Blue light blockers - Avoiding blue light before bed helps my body naturally produce melatonin for better sleep quality.
✅ Fasting & hydration - I hydrate before bed but avoid late-night eating to keep my body focused on recovery instead of digestion.
Also, a great book on sleep is Sleep Smarter by Shawn Stevenson-tons of solid, science-backed strategies!
Prioritizing sleep has been life-changing, and I love seeing more people talk about it. Great insights in this video! 🔥

Its sunnah to sleep right after Isha but Muslims are staying up late and non muslims are following the sunnah then we wonder why Ummah is in the state it is. Dinner after Maghrib, Bed after Isha. This should be it.

Not everyone in the world lives in Medina akhi, some places have isha at even as early as 5pm or even as late as 11pm.
Also, there’s a difference between what our honorable final prophet did and said. Not everything he did is sunnah unless he specifically said it is, for example he wore Arab clothing, that doesn’t make wearing Arab clothing a sunnah in the sense you will get reward for it.

What would be accurate is to say sleeping soon after Isha , since 9 o clock is too late / early depending on time of year and geography

Whats wrong with sleeping in a different room from your spouse?? The sahabiyat had their own rooms. Many married couples have their own rooms and do fine.

Grounding sheets / pads / mats work , but stop woring after your bod gets used to it , should not be relied on , use as necessary to get your sleep in order so one can skeep naturally without relying on external devices. One can use relaxation methods to sleep better.

Actually it's better to synch with solar time, not with the digital 9pm time. So go to sleep right after doing Isha at the masjid. Then wake up for tahajud. That will get you the best sleep.

@ Sounds like your living in an extremely northern country? If Isha is starting that late, I'd still try to sleep right after. And then I'd do the sunnah of an afternoon nap. I've never tried it but you if you I'd love to know if that gets you good sleep.

bro tbh these days for most of us 10pm is early, 11pm is intermediate and past 12 is late. I think going bed like 11pm -11:15pm is reasonable for most people. Its not that early but also not that late. Just bang in the middle and allows for flexibility lol.
