Hey there! I totally understand your concern. That’s right, the Heavy Duty Suction Mount is definitely an upgrade. It’s repositionable with a high-strength suction that can withstand ambient temperatures from -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) without any loss of suction. Hope that info helps! Cheers - Ara
Hey there! We only have one 1" Ball Adaptor, and that's specifically for our motorcycle mount and while they actually work together, I wouldn't advise it for security! The Dual Pivot Arm is specifically designed to fit all of our 360 bases. You can find all our 360 products under the Build your own tab on our website. Check them out here - www.quadlockcase.net/collections/quad-lock-360 Let me know if you need any more help! Cheers - Ara
I have an expensive custom fitted windscreen sunshade for my VF2 SSV Redline. There is no room for this on the windscreen when the sunshade is deployed. Will it stick to the dash?
Hi there! You can! Just make sure the dash surface is compatible with the Suction Base. It's not recommended for organic materials like leather, unsealed wood, or fabric. As long as the surface isn’t soft-touch, rough, or textured, it should be sweet! Either way, I’d suggest checking out the surface guidelines tab for more info on this! 😉 www.quadlockcase.net/collections/quad-lock-360/products/quad-lock-360-base-suction?variant=43425234780331 Let me know if you have any questions! @Quad_Lock Hi Gabriel, thanks for the link. The Dash is a soft & slightly textured surface so unfortunately I don't think the suction mount is the correct choice. I'm currently using your vent mount, which holds fantastic. The slight issue this causes is the phone blocks the whole vent and the phone is partially blocked by the steering wheel so using nav apps is difficult, as the vent is angled towards the driver. The product I would love Quad Lock to make is a vent mount that can accept a 360 arm. Happy to send you pics if we can work out how to do that. Cheers, MJ
I’d like to know how much more versatile the HD mount is, in terms of positioning adjustment. I had the original version but installed a Pillar Pod for some gauges and that got in the way of where I had the Quadlock mount. Changed to the little stick-on mount over in the middle of the dash but I’d prefer it back in the bottom right corner of the windscreen
Hi there! The Suction Base is super versatile for a range of activities and surfaces! Its suction mechanism is very different from our original suction car mount. The Suction Base has a lever to lock the suction once it’s in the spot you want, making it super easy to attach and detach! It can hold up to 1.2 kg and withstand temperatures from -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) without losing suction! It works best on smooth, non-porous, flat surfaces, and even slightly curved ones 👌 Check it out here and let me know if you have more questions! www.quadlockcase.net/collections/quad-lock-360/products/quad-lock-360-base-suction?variant=43425234780331 Cheers - Gabriel
I hope they work better than the one I bought from you. Mine quit working about 6 months after I bought it. Now it won't hold my phone on the windshield for more than 5 minutes. It's unusable. So disappointed
Hey there! I’m really sorry to hear that your mount stopped working. I can totally understand how frustrating that must be. The good thing is that we offer a warranty for all of our products! Please reach out to our support team here - support@quadlock.com.au. They’ll be happy to help sort this out for you. Appreciate your understanding! Thanks - Ara
I agree. For how much we pay for their products ... you'd think the original suction cup would stay on the windshield. They should offer a trade in for the original version.
Is this new 'HD' mount notably better than the previous 4x4 iteration with the blue suction cup and more rigid arm mount?

Just wondering, dual pivot arm fits to any 1” ball mount?
