Carpal tunnel is such a pain. Try to do some stretches and massages every hour. I know it's difficult as it's so easy to forget but it will help :)

Is there any thought to putting the pins on the backing cards all at once so you do not have to do that per order? Then the 'b' and lower grade pins you can label on the backing card.

It's what we used to do but it's 6 and two 3s really. The time it takes to backing card them separately would mean taking a day to do that but honestly it's only this bad on a pin launch. It's usually not too bad
Hi Mike😊, how is this Click and drop experience going? I would like to switch to this service but I am confused about how it works. Do you guys get like a proof of postage in case any of your orders get lost? 🤔
Nope, no proof only if we send it tracked. 🙈 you could probably message them and get a refund through royal mail. But if an item goes missing our way is just offer to resend or offer a refund 🤗
