He would stay fat on purpose so that in his fight he uses that fat energy to maintain such extreme movement ability. Most likely fighting in that state has a kind of timer, which is until all the fat storage is gone. Most likely there will be a fight where we actually see him fight up to that point where in the end he’s left in this ripped body.

I'm glad Baritsu got some love in this series, the idea of combining boxing techniques and Jiu Jitsu techniques is interesting and I'm still kinda sad there's barely any original material of it left
baritsu is trying to be reived but people tend to focus on it as a novelty, mainly because it's the choice martel art of sherlock holmes and steampunk professors. but no one is out there seriously training to use it and that's a shame.

@@priesten2763 so far, there has been no other fights for him. He makes an appearance in the Kengan Omega manga, but thats it. No fights.
