Strange that they don't support updating the firmware via Mac.

When I connect the RX receiver to my PC (I used type C to type C and Type A to Type C cable) it does not detect the receiver or the microphones. What can I do? Thank you

Scott - Great video - I am struggling to get decnet gain from the mics trying to run them straight to a Mic on a mixer (RCF Jvox8), which is a good one. Nothing is working 1) preamp max on the hollyland receiver 2) Preamp and line input/oup on the mic channel of the RCF Mix, 3) Master out on the RCF mixer - Any ideas? I do have the latest firmware

when i connect the m1 mic with my iphone both transmeter works perfectly but when i connect with my sony ZVE10 only one mic works. tried so much if you have any solution let me know sir.
