    Thank you for this healing meditation. It helped to to realize ways I am hard on myself when I need understanding and care, and to feel the suffering it causes to be cast out from my own heart.

    Life is only difficult when you think it shouldn't be difficult. Once you accept that life is supposed to be difficult and does not exist to make you happy but to challenge you, it's no longer difficult. Fully accept that stress is a part of life, truly accept it, and you will find yourself stress-free. Find a way not to mind being sad, and you won't be sad for very much longer. The way to joy lies in complete surrender to life as it is in this moment.

    love Germer, but this audio quality is not great and couldn't really tell the end even when my volume is at max.

    Very nice, but sound very low.
