wall mount swiveling monitor slide

Slide to mount monitor on the wall and slide it up and down. It can also swivel sideways and up and down. You'll need some basic tools, 3D printed parts and two 12mm steel rails.

I would love to see it slide. how easy/hard is it to lock in place? I was going to do something like this but horizontal too.
